Variety of features to support your PM task and assignments. Makes it easy for organization to manage and track different task and scrum and sprint in PM.

Pros

Value for money easy to assign tasks to different individuals and integration is easy. Reporting and tracking is much more quick and simple.

Cons

Customer support is not that great need to email and wait for the agent to be assigned. Resolutions are quick though.

Working through Asana has been a great experience! I encourage people of any office size to use it or give it a try.

Pros

I love how Asana keeps our whole team organized! It’s super easy to make one-time tasks or recurring tasks. It saves communication time on our team. This tool is so valuable for the money!

Cons

I wish I could use it for my household, not just at work! Other than that I have no issues with Asana, I can only recommend it.

Asana it is a great tool that can help your company to stay organize and can assist your project managers to organize and make follow up of the projects

Pros

How it has help us to stay connect with the team and how we can provide updates on a daily/weekly basis

Cons

I would say that the platform itself it hasn't evolved much since implementation so do we still rely on a separate tool to keep track of other projects

It's a great experience for me as using since very long time. Even the colleagues and team members find it easy to use and maintain the tasks allocated to them.

Pros

I like it's simplicity and helpful in managing multiple projects for different clients, specially for QA projects. I can perform unlimited tasks and automate the repetitive tasks.

Cons

Time tracker should be there, so can check the actual hours worked by the team members. Desktop version is quite easier need improvements for using in mobile.

I used to be happy, but now have left completely. Too compicated for me. Was pretty happy a few years back.

Cons

Difficult to say, it's not the same thing anymore that it used to be. So I cannot recommend it any longer.

Pros

Asana is easy to use once you are integrated into it's systems. It easily connects with other services like Salesforce and Asana. It helps keep tasks and projects well organized and tracked, especially for large teams. The dashboarding features are great for reporting.

Cons

The on ramping to Asana is pretty steep. It has a lot of very specific functions, terminology, and infrastructural / design set-up that takes a while to get acclimated to as a new user. When Asana does have bugs or technical issues, the support team can take a while to get through to.
