### "Excellent for small teams and SME"

July 15, 2025

5.0

Pros

Really useful too when working with a team. I use it along with Retainr.io that has been extremely useful.

Cons

The offered features can be relatively expensive, depending on the plan you choose. Also, the iOS/Android native apps are great but could offer better UX IMO

### "Perfect Project Manager for Teams"

March 13, 2025

5.0

Overall my experience with Asana has been great, its extremely effective for working with larger teams and managing multiple tasks + timelines.

Pros

Asana was very easy to use and very intuitive, I primarily used it for task management for school and personal projects. Sharing projects with others and modifying them to suit my workflow was very easy.

Cons

The thing I like the least about Asana is that I don't find it as visually appealing as other project management software.

4.0

My overall experience with Asana has been positive. It is user-friendly and makes project and task management easy.

Pros

Asana has a great user-friendly interface, and it is great for task and project management.

Cons

Asana doesn't have an in built time tracker and limited offline functionality, which can limit its adequacy for large teams.

### "Daily hub for all my tasks"

October 9, 2024

5.0

My overall experience has been great. I use Asana daily without any complaints. I communicate with many team members and clients inside the platform and cut down on emails.

Pros

I love how simple Asana is to use. A lot of other project management programs just over complicate their user experience.

Cons

I don't like that tasks can get lost in asana. When creating a new task and not adding it to a project it could get lost in the void.

### "Project management tool at its best!"

December 4, 2024

5.0

This has been a great tool in monitoring the progress of project throughout my remote team. I’ve been very happy with being able to see where our projects are when they’re completed also being able to celebrate when the projects are completed. The capability to make feedback on each project through sub tasks adding sub tasks monitoring some tasks have been a vital tool in progressing projects forward.

Pros

Ease of sharing project with remote staff, live feedback, ease of project management and assignments.

Cons

Projects with a heavy file load, sometimes take longer to upload images.

### "It's good for tracking tickets"

February 19, 2025

4.0

My team has used Asana to track IT work, tickets submitted by all employees and work that has to be done by IT team. It worked good, but too many tickets can be overwhelming if they're not prioritized or sorted properly.

Pros

tickets tracking is a nice feature, it also has boards for better visibility

Cons

Sometimes it could be hard to find the right board, or ticket on the board if there are a lot of them and if you don't remember the ticket number

### "Great for Collaboration & Multi-Project Organization"

September 13, 2024

5.0

Asana has been great for my team to keep track of our daily tasks, open projects, past project results, and overall collaboration efforts are seamless.

Pros

I love that I can custom my own dashboard and task list. Helps me stay organized according to my preference of separating projects in certain ways.

Cons

I wish the Outlook integration app had better formatting of the post in Asana. It will copy over an entire email thread, but you can get lost in the details the way it displays. Also, if multiple users are copied on an email the Asana app for Outlook does not flag the email if it was already added to a task, that would be a nice feature add.

### "Must Have For Team Accountability and Reliability "

April 7, 2025

4.0

Asana has been vital in our team’s productivity, offering a flexible and intuitive platform to manage projects, track tasks, and streamline communication. Its balance of simplicity and depth makes it ideal for teams needing structure without stifling complexity. Whether coordinating marketing campaigns, software sprints, or cross-departmental initiatives, Asana keeps everyone aligned and accountable in ensuring that their portion of the work is complete correctly, consistently and in a tinely manner.

Pros

Clear task assignment, due dates, and subtasks which make it so that nothing falls through the cracks. The interface is very visually appealing with the Timeline, List and Board workflows catering to different types of workflows. You can integrate with multiple different platforms and it also has a free plan making it even better!

Cons

Only works when you a have an online connection, if you do decide that you want to upgrade there is no middle ground its all or nothing pricing with them. When you move into the area if autonomation it definitely requires more skill and the app definitely more confusing than the desktop lay out and features and most people rely heavily on their phones

Reason for choosing Asana

Because it is one of the versatile project management tools on the market and also keeps teams organized and on time regardless of where they are.

### "Helpful scalable task manager software"

December 4, 2024

Overall, Asana is a very powerful tool to keep track of tasks in a project team. It can be used in various scenarios (work, church, volunteer groups, etc).

Pros

Coordinating between users was very effective. The project management and task management tools were intuitive.

Cons

Tasks can get jumbled and forgotten in a list of tasks if there is no due date or assignee.

### "Still Loving Asana!"

March 10, 2026

5.0

Pros

I love how easy it is to manage tons of different projects and keep track of a bunch of information all in one place.

Cons

Some of the features don't make a ton of sense for a solopreneur - I would love to see a solo version of Asana as well as a teams version of Asana. I also really don't like the mobile version of Asana -- I find it super hard to use on my iPad and iPhone. I have workarounds for capturing tasks when I'm on the go, but I wish I could put them directly into Asana more easily.

### "Asana: Good for project management, but not an all-in-one software"

April 20, 2025

3.0

I think Asana is a good project management tool, but I believe there are other products that do just as good of a job while offering more features. For project management, it works great though.

Pros

It is very easy to see what your assigned tasks are, regardless of what project it is for.

Cons

I think that a really good project management tool also offers a larger suite of features that can all be accessed within the same product. Asana is mainly just a good task management software.

### "Analysing Asana "

July 10, 2025

5.0

Pros

The way workflows and comms are set up fits well for our kind of work. You get a clear view on active projects, and linking tasks together really helps.

Cons

Asana's easy enough if you've used Notion or Trello before, so for me there's no big downsides really.

### "Great project management tool"

December 7, 2024

5.0

Great. It’s a really useful and versatile tool for project management.

Pros

It makes working with others so much more streamlined! Whether it’s other team members or with clients or even just personal projects, it allows you to keep track of everything and keep all your collaborators up to date.

Cons

There’s a minimum of 2 seats for the pro plan. It would be good if I could have the pro features for just myself and then collaborate with clients

### "Simplest and Best Project Management Software"

October 7, 2024

5.0

I use Asana every day to manage content calendars for multiple sales tech brands. I seriously cannot say enough good things about it. It's easy to see everything at a glance with color-coded views. Then when you double click into tasks, it's super easy to create dependencies and see all the details of the project.

Pros

Asana is honestly so easy to use. I use 5 different project management tools because I'm a freelancer and different clients use different things. Asana is hands down my favorite. It's the most intuitive and the simplest.

Cons

Honestly nothing. It might be helpful if I could keep everything for multiple clients under one account, but it's fairly easy to toggle back and forth.

### "Awesome project management software, no need to look elsewhere. "

December 12, 2024

5.0

Been using this software for 5+ years and won't be going anywhere else, anytime soon.

Pros

best interface of all the project management programs, with the most flexibility to grow your projects.

Cons

As your team grows, it can become an added cost if you need the paid version. But their free version is amazing to get everything started, and then still worth it to pay for it later.
