We have used AI to work into it and have seen even better results. Pros The ease of use and collaboration makes it super easy to work with my team and keep work organized. As we are a multi unit and multi brand company we have a lot of boards. Cons Minimizing what is doable on lower subscription. The security also wasn't great. We had a bunch of random users that we were getting charged for and had to delete and get refunded for. Pros I like how there is alot of customization you can do when using this product. I also love how there is dynamic reporting. Theres a high level of collaboration available with this platform which I throughly enjoy! Cons It was a bit hard to understand initially with how customizable it is! The design is visually appealing to the eye and tasks are easy to manage. It's reliable and helpful in my daily work, but could lacking the customer support needed for large scale projects. Pros What I liked most about using Asana, is the design is very appealing, and its also very user friendly. While creating Project Management tasks it is pretty effective and supported my Agile team well. I was also impressed by being able to inegrate Asana with some of my other Administrative tools. The software is also very reliable. The helpfulness from support always proved to be very quick and efficient. Cons Some of the cons I experienced is the lack of phone based support. There are times when you simply want to speak to a live person, and this was a huge drawback. Also although some of the feathures are good to have, they can be a little overwhelming to a new project manager. It can be a little challenging to use when managing my larger project. Even when I switched teams at work and my new team didn't use Asana, I continued to use it because it just makes my life easier. Pros I like the automation you can set up on Asana, I find myself using recurring tasks a lot and also being able to complete a certain action on a task automatically sending that task to another section. I also love just how easy it is to use and how aesthetically pleasing it is to the eye. The fun unicorns shooting across the screen also provide a certain level of reinforcement. Cons I'm overall a pretty big fan but there are certain features that don't exist in Asana but maybe they will soon that I wish did already. For example, I wanted to create a task template out of a subtask but found out it only lets you do that with tasks and not subtasks. I reached out to support about it and wondered if as a workaround I could just copy the subtasks from one task and apply them to another and I was unable to do that as well.
