Pros Asana is easy enough for anyone to jump in and start using, but powerful enough that you can organize your projects and workflows in a way that actually saves time and improves productivity. The interface is not overcomplicating itself and I love it! Pros I liked Asana because it was easy to separate tasks into different folders and prioritize tasks by urgency and due dates. Easy to share with the team. Easy to track find older tasks and view comments etc. Cons Probably the level of integration with other software. There is a little bit of limit but it definitely worth using and keep track of tasks. And whenever I have new ideas for projects or my business, rather than impulsively jumping on it, I can write it down and revisit it later to rethink if it's worth pursuing. Cons The only thing I dislike about Asana (which is really not that big of a deal) is that I wish there was a feature to add multiple people to a new task.
