I seriously cannot say enough good things about it. It's easy to see everything at a glance with color-coded views. Then when you double click into tasks, it's super easy to create dependencies and see all the details of the project. Pros is honestly so easy to use. I use 5 different project management tools because I'm a freelancer and different clients use different things. Asana is hands down my favorite. It's the most intuitive and the simplest. Pros What I liked most about using , is the design is very appealing, and its also very user friendly. While creating Project Management tasks it is pretty effective and supported my Agile team well. I was also impressed by being able to inegrate Asana with some of my other Administrative tools. The software is also very reliable. The helpfulness from support always proved to be very quick and efficient. Cons Some of the cons I experienced is the lack of phone based support. There are times when you simply want to speak to a live person, and this was a huge drawback. Also although some of the feathures are good to have, they can be a little overwhelming to a new project manager. It can be a little challenging to use when managing my larger project. And whenever I have new ideas for projects or my business, rather than impulsively jumping on it, I can write it down and revisit it later to rethink if it's worth pursuing. Cons The only thing I dislike about (which is really not that big of a deal) is that I wish there was a feature to add multiple people to a new task.
