I was introduced to Asana and it made product planning easy and transparent across all departments. Pros I love being able to keep everyone on the same page. When implementing our software product, Asana lets each person on the project know what is expected of them and what is expected of others. There is no "I thought you were doing that" or "what are we waiting on". Asana eliminated this. I also love being able to build templates that I can utilize again and again. I don't have to start over each time. Cons I wish that Asana had the ability to segment users more. I want complete control over who can comment, who can post, who can complete task, etc. Asana does some of this but it needs to be more granular. Switched from [Basecamp](https://www.capterra.com/p/56808/Basecamp/) Basecamp was okay but it was so limited compared to Asana's wealth of tools. It's also easy to integrate with a variety of other software as well. There is a whole lot of plethora you can do with Asana when it comes to project management and it simply makes the job a lot easier and makes good use of time. Being able to invite collaborators not in your organisation is great and give them access just to particular projects is good. Being busy in a day, those helps me a lot to not forget a task or report to be sent accordingly.
