Pros Asana not only allows a pretty high level of customization for task organizing, but it also emails you and reminds you about tasks which is probably what I like about it best. Cons Asana has a default organization style of "do today" "do next week" and "do later." This means that when you look at it, it looks sometimes like you have a little to do today, and a lot to do later. Just mentally, it sometimes doesn't feel right.
