Pros I just started using Asana for a SAP implementation project. It was so easy to learn to use after an hour hands on learning session. I think if my team had stronger training, the experience would have been better. Pros I thought that Asuna had some straightforward functionality. It was overall simple to use and easy to pick up. It included everything I needed it to in order to be an effective tool for productivity. Cons There were a lot of functions on Asana that were just not useful. Asana made managing my project a breeze! Pros \-Task management: Using Asana I was able to easily create, assign and manage project tasks for the team of interns that I supervised. - Project Tracking: the different views including the list, board, calendar and timeline views made it quite easy to manage tasks assigned and ensured nothing slipped through the cracks. -Collaboration: I was able to integrate Asana with other tools such as Microsoft Teams and google drive making it easy for co-team members to meet and discuss progress as well as save and access project documents easily Cons \- Notifications: sometimes the slew of notifications could be overwhelming and distracting too! - Performance: while it worked perfectly for our small project, I worry about larger projects with larger teams. We were just a team of 5 professionals. - Redundancy: duplication of tasks can easily occur leading to confusion. Proper task management can minimize this.
