Bottom line: its been nice to break down those larger projects into smaller tasks and keep to deadlines easier. Its very easy to set up and get going and is cost effective! Pros I love being able to break down larger work projects into smaller tasks for myself and my team. The integrations with third party apps are extremely helpful! We use it a lot for onboarding new employees. Pros Ce logiciel de gestion de projet est très complet. Sa version gratuite propose énormément de fonctionnalités, ce qui est assez rare pour ce type de logiciel. J’aime beaucoup aussi sa possibilité de personnalisation. Cons Il n’est pas évident à prendre en main au début. C’est le seul inconvénient que je peux remonter. Pros Keeps my tasks in check and reminds when to be completed. Cons The fact that it screenshots my work for compliance - especially when I work virtually for multiple confidential clientele, and the business using this app to time my work completed can then see in screenshots all my other client work also being completed! Can be managing one project or thirty. Can tag people and set deadlines very easily. Pros Numerous project tabs easily available to switch back and forth between. Easy to ask for updates and follow up on outdated tasks or projects. Comes right up on your main page so you never forget to follow up. I find it makes communication smooth with my employer by commenting on specific projects and Asana notifies her, I don't have to send a separate email. Cons The calendar is limited. It helps me stay on my tasks and work better with my team and it keeps everything organized also easy to use which is best point. Pros One of the thing I like about how easy Asana is to use. It help me to stay organized by letting me create tasks and set deadlines also I can assign tasks to my team and can see their progress and tasks moves around according to their priorities. Everything thing is in one place when I want to see. Cons There is nothing which I say i like least about Asana but sometimes it feel overwhelming when there are many tasks on the board. It's flexible nature makes this process very simple and the little animations they added sprinkle in some fun that makes me want to keep using the solution. Pros Asana is fast and feels light weight, but does a ton of really great stuff. It has a huge marketplace of integrations that really amplifies the value proposition. The use of workflows makes creating new projects and goals a breeze. Cons There's no good mechanism for allowing non-Asana users to submit ideas to a queue or project. It's not my favorite tool so I only use it if a client requires me to. Otherwise, I think there are better products out there. Pros It's proven useful for collaboration on team projects. It's convenient for communication per tasks and projects. The userface is also quite clean and easy to work with. Cons Asana doesn't exactly give the impression they care much about you as a client - the support is slow at the best of times and they constantly spam your email. It's great for team management and assessment. Pros It was easy to organize complicated projects and personal tasks on lots of levels. The simple label functions and deadline set up for all tasks in a project made it easy for everybody involved to follow up at any time, ask for review or add feedback. File transfer and data management was really smooth compared to other project management systems I've used. Cons The price was bit higher than some of the well-known competitors, but the features are definitely worth it.
