It’s too easy to use which helps me stay organized and focused. I can create to-do lists set deadlines and assign tasks to team members and all this work is done in one place. So my experience it good with Asana. Pros Things I like about Asana is that it so easy to use and I can access Asana from both my phone and computer from home or during traveling to somewhere. The interface is user-friendly which makes it soo simple to see what needs to be done. Cons Thing I dislike about Asana is that it can feel a bit overloading with all the features it offers and I find myself getting lost in all the options and settings which makes it harder to focus on my tasks also the notifications can be a bit much due to which I sometimes miss important updates. It’s easy to set up and is fairly intuitive with lots of customization to make it work for you. Pros I like being able to create templates and how easy it is to track progress. It helps to keep things organized and you’re able to use it for so many different things! You can organize your daily, weekly, or monthly tasks, and finish them there and your team can also do the same, there is no need for personal reminders from team leaders. You just need to check the Asana board and all your tasks are shown there, mark it as complete, and there you go! Pros Asana is great for managing and organizing your team's activities and progress.
