Pros I love the ability to use this platform for both internal projects and client facing updates, I work on several teams where we can easily move the project to the next person once it goes through each phase until final approvals are complete. It streamlines the workflow and allows for us to share necessary information to complete each tasks. Cons All things considered, Asana is excellent; however, the team and description are always accessible, but the earlier work is not. July 18, 2024 4.0 I practice law as a lone practitioner and handle trials. I take up projects on an as-needed basis. I was looking for a part-time assistant who could work remotely because I had lost my long-term helper. But with so many cases still pending, it is challenging to keep track of all that is happening and what has to be done. I did some research, looked, and tried Asana. It was a wise decision. Most of what Asana is capable of, I don't use. However, each time I open a case, I treat it like a project, adding tasks for both my assistant and myself along with calendar dates. She receives her assignments and marks them as finished while I follow suit. I'm able to stay awake. Pros Although Asana is a robust tool with numerous features, even as a novice user, I can set up my needs effectively thanks to the training events and lesson videos that they provide. This will enable our teams to access information on every project, including links to our Dropbox account, in one location. As a project manager, I oversee numerous projects with numerous deadlines. Cons Anyone who wants a visual approach to keep track of upcoming tasks, whether as a person or as a team, can benefit from Asana. Teams who need to be able to see what other significant projects their colleagues are working on will find it excellent. They offer the best customer support.
