Pros The desktop app is extremely user friendly and fast, the visibility of projects and subs is spot on, makes checking off tasks and managing projects much more pleasant. Cons I wish I could upload files that were a little larger, but thats ok, I can imagine that keeping the files that size is what allows the interface to be as fast as it is. Pros I love being able to see all the past notes and revisions so we can keep track of creative projects and reconcile when the job is closed. Cons While I do appreciate getting a notification whenever the client makes a comment or adds a note, it can sometimes get overwhelming and I wish it was easier or clearer for us to adjust the notifications.
