### "Powerful Tool for Managing Marketing Projects and Team Collaboration"

July 17, 2026

4.0

It has helped streamline marketing operations by bringing campaign planning, team communication, and task tracking into one platform. It reduces confusion, improves accountability, and makes it easier to monitor project progress. While it takes some customization to fit specific marketing workflows, it is a valuable tool for improving organization and team efficiency.

Pros

I found Asana very useful for planning campaigns, managing content calendars, and keeping marketing teams aligned. The ability to assign tasks, set deadlines, track campaign progress, and organize workflows helps improve productivity. Features like project timelines and task dependencies make it easier to manage multiple marketing initiatives at the same time.

Cons

The initial setup requires some time, especially when creating workflows for larger marketing teams. Some advanced reporting and automation features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams with budget constraints.

### "user friendly task management tool."

Asana has been very positive. It has significantly improved project visibility, accountability, and team coordination. The platform helps streamline workflows and ensures that tasks are completed on time.

Pros

Asana is its intuitive interface and has the strong task management capabilities. It makes it easy to create, assign, and track tasks with clear deadlines and priorities. Features like project timelines, boards, and lists provide flexibility in managing different types of workflows. It also improves team collaboration by keeping all updates, comments, and files in one place.

Cons

One drawback is that some advanced features, such as timelines and reporting, are limited to higher-tier plan

### "A leader on task/project management"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall a good experience and the team members like it too. A bit of a challenge to get people to buy in but once they do the love it.

Pros

Very intuitive and useful product for task and even team management. Because a go to for our team in keeping track of our projects.

Cons

No major concerns, but with the ability to keep track of projects directly through Google or Microsoft, makes you wonder why pay for this. Albeit it does have a comprehensive set of functions.

### "Highly effective tool for keeping teams on track"

June 20, 2026

5.0

Asana has been a vital part of our daily productivity. It’s very effective at reducing email clutter and ensuring that everyone knows exactly what they are responsible for and when it's due. Once you get past the initial setup and establish your team's workflow, it becomes a very powerful engine for keeping complex projects on track.

Pros

The versatility of the interface is a huge plus—being able to toggle between Board, List, Timeline, and Calendar views makes it so easy to visualize project progress however you prefer. It’s been excellent for keeping our team aligned on deadlines, and the automation features (like Rule-based task assignments) have saved us a lot of manual administrative work.

Cons

It can become quite expensive as you add more users or need access to the more advanced premium features. Sometimes the sheer number of options and settings can feel overwhelming for new team members who just need a simple checklist.

### "Project Management at Scale"

January 5, 2026

5.0

Asana was my favorite project and task management system to use. The customizability and ease of use make it as simple or detailed as you can image. truly great whether you are a small business or corporation.

Pros

I loved the time management features. For example, Asana makes using a digital Gantt chart super simple, which let me keep large projects like tradeshows on track no matter how little or much lead time we had.

Cons

I experienced frequent issues of overlapping automation functions. sometimes my automations would trigger out if order, which could cause some issues. I am not aware if this was a product error or user error, since it could have been (and most likely was) my mistake

### "An Effective Platform for Managing IT Tasks"

July 19, 2026

4.0

It has helped improve IT task management by keeping support activities, maintenance schedules, and team responsibilities organized in one place. It reduces communication gaps and makes it easier to follow up on pending work. With proper customization, Asana is a reliable tool for improving productivity and collaboration within technical teams.

Pros

I found Asana helpful for organizing technical tasks, tracking support requests, and coordinating work between IT teams. It provides clear visibility into task ownership, deadlines, and progress, which helps ensure important issues are handled on time. The ability to create workflows and prioritize tasks makes daily operations more structured.

Cons

Some features require time to configure properly, especially when setting up workflows for complex IT processes. The reporting capabilities could be more advanced for tracking detailed operational metrics, and some useful features are limited to higher tier plans.

### "Good tool for creating clear team overviews, but lacks incentives to really drive performance"

December 18, 2025

4.0

It helps structure our performance data and makes it accessible to everyone, which improves transparency and creates a shared understanding of goals. However, to really change behavior and drive outcomes, we still need to rely on external processes, manual follow‑ups, or other tools, because this product focuses mainly on insight rather than activation.

Pros

The tool makes it easy to create a clear overview for everyone, so the whole team can see where things stand at a glance. Dashboards and visualizations are intuitive, which helps to align people and start the right conversations about progress and priorities.

Cons

While the tool provides insight, it hardly supports triggering and activating people to actually hit their targets. There are no real incentive, gamification, or nudging features, so there is little in the platform itself that motivates users to take action beyond just looking at the numbers.

I always enjoy using Asana because it makes tasks simple to take and easy to monitor. I highly recommend Asana to people who want to stay on top of their business.

Asana is always fun to work with, it allows me to monitor tasks and my employees remotely. This saves me time so that I can focus on archiving our goals as a company. It has so many feature that help a lot in task taking.

Cons

The learning curve is somehow hard to understand for beginners but apart from that the rest of Asana is good.

### "The best objective/task planning service"

April 24, 2026

5.0

Asana is our favourite project planning tool and has helped us to continually achieve certification for ISO 9001:2015.

Pros

We had tested a number of different project management tools, settling on Asana two years ago for our continuous improvement team projects. Asana stood out from the rest by offering task tracking up to objective/strategy level, allowing us to link projects back to business objectives to follow their progress. Asana offers an easy-to-use desktop app, with customisable dashboards to track objectives, progress and approvals. Considering the impact to our business and organisation of tasks, Asana is extremely well priced.

Cons

The Asana tool can be overwhelming once you start linking projects and objectives together, but it is easy to tweak these once created.

### "I'm a fan of Asana!"

May 26, 2026

4.0

Pros

I love the UI of Asana. I think it's really sleek and it works for my brain! I think it has great features and I enjoy messing around on it and exploring different ways of organizing tasks. It really helps me keep track of myself and my team.

Cons

Similar to other tools like Asana that I have used-- I think Asana has too much capability-- they try to be flexible to cater to as many differetn workflows as possible, but instead, they confuse their customer base on how the product is intended to be used. I wish they had a more developed "best practices" offering for their customers.

### "Depth and Detail Made Easy"

August 11, 2026

5.0

Great. It's integration with a lot of apps like slack makes life really easy for turning group chats into action items.

Pros

In my opinion, the best task management tool out there. Just up to the line of robust features without crossing the line. We used this for tracking dependencies and deadlines.

Cons

at times, it can desync and you can actually lose progress. It's also been slow for us on more than one occassion.

### "Smart Collaboration Platform That Helps Engineers Stay Focused"

July 28, 2026

5.0

It helps bridge the gap between engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders by providing better visibility into project progress. I use it to organize sprint related activities, track feature requests, and manage priorities effectively. While it is not a replacement for dedicated coding tools, it works well as a collaboration and project management platform that improves transparency and team productivity.

Pros

I find Asana valuable for managing development tasks, tracking project milestones, and improving collaboration with cross functional teams. It provides a clear view of assigned work, deadlines, priorities, and dependencies, making it easier to stay focused on important deliverables. Integration with development workflows and the ability to organize tasks by projects are especially helpful.

Cons

Asana may lack some advanced developer focused features compared to specialized tools like issue trackers. Managing very large projects with hundreds of tasks can sometimes become difficult without proper structure, and some automation capabilities require premium plans.

Pros

I am currently working in five organization; three remotely and two on-site. I like how Asana plan, track and manage tasks automatically.

Cons

### "Simple, Affordable, and Great for Small Teams"

February 26, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Asana has been excellent and very positive. It’s a reliable, user-friendly project management tool that works especially well for small teams and growing businesses.

Pros

What I like most about Asana is how easy it is to understand and start using right away. The interface is intuitive, and there’s very little learning curve, which makes onboarding team members quick and seamless. It’s also very affordable for small businesses, making it a practical choice without sacrificing functionality.

Cons

The recent migration to the upgraded platform was a bit tricky, especially when it came to ensuring that everything transferred over smoothly. While manageable, it did require extra attention during the transition.

### "Leider nicht kompatibel mit unserm Workflow"

June 13, 2026

2.0

### "Asana facilitates great teamwork!"

July 1, 2026

5.0

Asana has saved us several times because it has been an accountability tool - for example, it has helped our team stay on task, remember deadlines, assign roles & responsibilities, clearly indicate when a task is complete, and leave notes for others.

Pros

Asana has made teamwork more than just an idea. We are able to have multiple people come together, often across multiple departments and in different geographical locations to work on a project/task.

Cons

Sometimes it can feel a bit tricky to navigate a task page - it feels like there is a lot of information, so the layout could be a little more user friendly and less cluttered.

### "Makes it Easy to Create and Collaborate "

May 3, 2026

5.0

Asana has allowed our team to create, communicate, and collaborate all in one place. We don’t have to have ten tabs open, we can be on one tab in one software and have all our details and duties in one place. It’s great!

Pros

Asana allows me and my team to collaborate on important projects. It helps us keep our daily tasks organized and allows us to subtask out each persons duty in the project.

Cons

I like everything about Asana. I cannot think of a con about the software. It’s super helpful in our long term and short term goals as a team.

### "Berklee College of Music"

June 25, 2026

4.0

Pros

Task assignment is crystal clear, and being able to add subtasks, attachments, and discussions directly within a card prevents information from getting scattered. Custom automations also save me precious time on a daily basis.

Cons

The platform's richness is a double-edged sword. The learning curve is quite steep for new team members, who sometimes feel overwhelmed by the number of buttons and options available. Additionally, the application has become increasingly restrictive in its free version, and upgrading to paid plans represents a fairly heavy monthly investment for small organizations.

### "Asana A Work Management Powerhouse "

September 1, 2025

Asana stands as a titan in the world of work management software for good reason. It brilliantly balances powerful functionality with a clean, intuitive user interface.

Pros

Asana's interface is clean, intuitive, and visually appealing. It’s easy for new team members to learn and adopt quickly. Asana is great for managing and tracking projects.

Cons

Asana is a bit pricey: To unlock advanced features like Timeline view, custom fields, advanced reporting, and automations, you need a Premium plan, which can become expensive for larger teams.

### "ASANA, veteranía en gestión de tareas."

October 17, 2025

4.0

### "Free task Management tool for the future! "

May 3, 2026

5.0

I believe that the free platform gave me a great overall experience. I was able to use most features well and I think it was awesome to have a space where I could organize the project in one area where all of the stakeholders could see the progress in real time.

Pros

Asana is a great tool for managing projects, timelines, specific tasks and making it easier to account for jobs not completed timely.

Cons

Because I was using the free platform version I was not able to utilize all the features so I must say that I didn’t experience it to the fullest.

My experience was great! ASANA was introduced to our office to take the place of a manual schedule. Once we started to use ASANA, we immediately realized that it saved our admin a lot of time.

Pros

We used ASANA in the office for scheduling. I really liked the ease of use and the customer support was great! It was also an easy program to train new workers to use.

Cons

### "Asana Does Everything On Its Own"

June 3, 2026

5.0

If you prefer a kanban board style of project management, there is an option for this type of feature.

Pros

When I am using sprints with my development team I thought once I completed adding tasks to Task List I wouldn't be able to continue to utilize the tool; however, I was wrong about this and Asana still does its job. Creating due dates in asana is a simple process and Asana works very nicely with google calendar.

Cons

That being said sometimes I find myself overwhelmed by multiple projects displayed on the dashboard (or it can feel torturous) or, simply put, just too many unneeded buttons.
