### "Senior SEO and Content Manager"

August 20, 2026

4.0

Asana gives the content team a clear picture of what is coming up, what is blocked, and what has already been completed. I particularly appreciate not having to dig through emails or spreadsheets to find the status of a content piece. It does not replace SEO tools themselves, but it works very well as the operational layer that keeps the people and deadlines behind a content strategy organized.

Pros

It is especially useful for content calendars, assigning briefs, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with writers, designers, and SEO teams. The timeline view is also helpful when several campaigns are running at once.

Cons

It also takes some effort to build a workflow that fits a real editorial process rather than simply using the default setup. I would like more built-in SEO-specific capabilities as well.

### "Excellent and powerful work management app! 10/10"

October 4, 2025

5.0

Unbelievable solution, we are using it for simple and very complex projects. We have managed to successfully integrate Scrum and Agile methods for visualisations and track everything in real time. The only caveat would be the lack of time tracking for individuals, just for the project itself.

Pros

The complexity of Asana is unmatched. It provided us with excellent visualisation tool and proper project data tracking, task tracking without any additional costs!

Cons

The learning curve might be steep for some, also the lack of individual time tracking - time tracking solely for the project.

### "Aligned with Asana!"

March 20, 2026

5.0

The overall experience has been pleasant and positive! Loving how I can catalog all my work and simultaneously look at the bigger picture of each program and see the entire scope of the project from start to finish!

Pros

Loved how I could quickly switch between project views and simultaneously share the most vital info to my team by creating multiple views within one project.

Cons

No cons. I'm a slow learner so it took me a moment to acclimate to the new platform but have now become acquainted and feel confident using Asana.

### "Asana is a great digital workspace for managing projects."

August 14, 2025

My experience with Asana has been very successful and it has helped me together with my colleagues to become more productive at managing our marketing projects. With Asana, it has been easy to ensure that we execute our projects in accordance with our objectives, helping us get our work completed in time.

Pros

Asana offers excellent features for planning and managing tasks during projects. I like the user interface which is simple and makes it easy for me to access and work with all the features. Asana has excellent dashboards which allows me to have a clear visual view of my tasks making it easy to track my progress. Asana also offers team collaboration workspace which allow me to work together with my teammates during our marketing projects.

Cons

I have worked with Asana for a while now and am yet to uncover anything that does not satisfy my needs.

### "Good for daily task management"

July 5, 2026

4.0

Asana has been a solid tool for managing our team's projects and daily tasks. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to track progress, assign responsibilities, and keep everyone on the same page. While there's a slight learning curve for some advanced features, overall it significantly boosts our team's productivity and organization.

Pros

It's pretty good for keeping our team's tasks organised. I like how we can break down bigger projects into smaller, manageable steps and assign them. The ability to set due dates and see everyone's workload is really helpful for day-to-day planning.

Cons

Honestly, the sheer number of notification options can be a bit overwhelming at first. Sometimes I feel like I'm just wading through alerts for minor updates, and figuring out the right settings took a bit to get sorted.

### "Good, basic project management software for non-profits"

April 3, 2026

4.0

Pros

Asana helps with organizing and managing larger projects, tasks, and assignments across team members. It is easy to learn, edit, and navigate. It is also helpful that Asana provides a non-profit discount as it supports us in reducing overhead costs and direct money to our programs and individuals we work with.

Cons

It would be nice to have some peer-to-peer connections with other people who use Asana to figure out more beneficial ways to use Asana, especially with non-profits. A lot of business-based services and software need to be tailored and adapted for non-profit use, which isn't often talked about in Q&As and support documents.

### "They are awesome, except for when they are not"

December 16, 2025

5.0

Overall its been pretty good, but when you find those weird quirks like i mentioned - they are slow to fix and quick to try and give you a workaround. I hate that. Admit the problem and fix it.

Pros

It can do a lot! Great for task management for a medium to large size team. We use it for everything.

Cons

There were a few things that seemed pretty inflexible that other similar softwares do - like assigning a task to more than one user. Seems like its a backend issue in the way they developed that they need to fix.

### "Good tool but has some limits "

September 4, 2025

3.0

A solid tool for task management, but we needed more customisation , so we eventually moved to Coda.

Pros

Easy to use, has some good functionality - Asana’s task assignments and timeline view made team project tracking clear, visual, and easy to follow.

Cons

It felt limited for connected workflows; lacked flexibility compared to more dynamic tools like Coda.

Switched from

We switched from Jira to Asana because Jira felt too complex for non-technical teams. Asana offered a cleaner, more user-friendly UI.

### "A Simple Platform for Managing Projects and Team Work"

August 14, 2026

5.0

Overall, Asana has been a very positive experience. It helps teams stay organized, improves accountability, and provides a clear view of ongoing work. The platform is flexible enough for different types of projects.

Pros

It is easy to use and makes it simple to organize projects, assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress. I particularly like the clean interface and the ability to structure work using projects, tasks, subtasks, and different views. It improves team collaboration and provides good visibility into project status and individual

Cons

Some advanced features can take time to learn, especially for larger and more complex projects. The pricing can also become expensive as the number of users increases.

### "Good but I wish for better reports"

December 26, 2025

4.0

It's good overall but I wish the reporting were easier to get. Overall is a very good tool, with customization for dashboards and to organize the team structure.

Pros

It's good for ticketing and support, works for team organization and tasks tracking. I think is easy to create tasks.

Cons

The reporting is very complicated and I don't get exactly what I need even using the filters. I don't see which features I can use.

### "Asana Is a Great Value"

April 22, 2026

4.0

I prefer to use Asana for jobs from a property management company we work with often as it is easy to sort thru jobs that are open & closed and status of each.

Pros

I love that I can keep up with each individual job on Asana when sent to us thru a property management co that we work with often. I can also go back & easily search the address to find other repairs done at same location and bring back photos & information easily.

Cons

It has some quirks at times but overall the system works as it should from what I have seen the last several years.

### "It does what we need for our agency tasks"

January 8, 2026

4.0

We use it to keep the clients from sending me emails constantly asking for updates since they can simply review the reports. It tracks the time so that the billing at the end of each month will not become an absolute nightmare when I am tired. I can see the workload for the developers, which is great so that I do not inadvertently assign too much and burn them out. It houses the documents in one location. All of the documentation is stored in one place, so I can locate the proofing files.

Pros

I normally just open the desktop app and leave it running while I search for my notebook amongst the invoices. There is an AI element to this version but I still mostly just use the template options so that I do not have to think about anything. The Support Person was helpful when I had issues with it, something I never thought would be possible. I am just happy that it shows the deadlines clear enough for the Team to actually see them.

Cons

The mobile app is extremely slow when attachments are large and basically unusable when you are trying to view both completed and active tasks simultaneously due to the filter settings. When I utilize the planning tool it creates duplicate tasks if I attempt to enter hours manually which then makes the entire list look like chaos and I have to go back and correct it.

### "Effective and versatile project mgmt tool"

May 19, 2026

5.0

It provides excellent dependency management and easy to use integrations to reduce coordinating efforts for the entore organization.

Pros

Enterpriae version with advanced project management capabilities really reduces complexity in keeping large stake holder groups up to date even in dynamic and dependent project situations

Cons

usability is quite individualistic. So before fully using the potential, it requires some setup time before realizing the value of reduced coordination efforts.

### "Helpful features and a great way to stay organized"

April 30, 2026

4.0

I have had a positive experience with Asana. I enjoy looking at the reporting page where it shows the number of completed tasks. It is helpful to look at on a large scale. This platform is great to keep your team and tasks organized.

Pros

I like most that it keeps me organized. Out of 1 to 10 I would rate the ease of use a 7. Being able to view the team's tasks and what still needs to be done adds so much value for the money.

Cons

It can get a little wonky if you do not mark off each sub task before you mark off the full main task.

### "Couldn't live without it."

March 2, 2026

5.0

Asana is the perfect tool for my task and project management - I couldn't live without it! I even use it to manage both my business tasks and my personal life and resources too. It's a fantastic platform.

Pros

The free plan does more than enough for me and it's got all of the basic, but important, features. It's extremely easy to use, intuitive and makes managing my tasks and projects incredibly easy.

Cons

Pricing may be a little much in order to access the few features that would be nice to have, although the free plan does everything I need it to.

### "Highly efficient workflow software"

July 31, 2026

Pros

Asana makes it easy to manage my projects with built-in Gantt charts and timeline features. Monitoring workflows of my team and others has never been easier.

Cons

The lack of filtration options in column management is somewhat frustrating in daily use. This could be easily fixed to bump up my approval of Asana.

### "My go-to tool for projects"

July 30, 2025

5.0

Pros

I like Asana’s user-friendly interface and seamless integration with other tools like Slack and Outlook. One unique feature is how it handles portfolios, projects, tasks, and subtasks. This is achieved through its graphical presentation and multihoming capabilities, which is particularly useful for large teams. If you’re coming from an Excel spreadsheet background, this feature will be a game-changer. We use Asana for various purposes, including work planning, vendor management, and general project management. I took a deep dive into the software about a year ago and recently became an Asana ambassador!

Cons

The only downside I’ve found is that the more advanced features can take some time to fully understand and utilise effectively.

### "The platform that was the organisational backbone of my department!"

November 5, 2025

5.0

Asana is an excellent tool and the one my whole team worked from, acting as a central project management tool. Asana provides a great return of investment as it is good value for money and the customer support and account management support we received were first rate.

Pros

Asana was our go to tool for project tracking and programme management. Asana combined many customisable, ease of use features, such as dragging and dropping various project attributes, that allowed me to manage my department and their projects and tasks tracking progress regularly.

Cons

It is not something that I disliked about the Asana, but it is important to cite that Asana is not a replacement for Microsoft Project as a detailed project management tool, but has its own GUI based features which make it ideal for fast pace environments.

### "Asana For Project Management "

I had a great experience using this on the Bacardi project when I worked with production and creative teams.

Cons

### "Asana review "

March 16, 2026

Good. It helped me to review my teams tasks and manage my own once I was used to the interface and ways of working my agency had at the time.

Pros

The platform gives clear visibility of work and has flexible project views. It’s fairly easy to use and also integrates well with other tools like Teams, Slack etc.

Cons

Can become complex and quite noisy if strong foundations are not put in place. Costs can grow if more complex features are needed.

### "Great Workflow Tool, Slight Notification Hassle"

August 28, 2026

5.0

I love how Asana’s custom fields let me track the budget status of each project directly on the board. Instead of flipping to a spreadsheet, I can see a green or red dot next to the task, so my team instantly knows if we’re over budget before the meeting.

Pros

The Timeline view is really useful for our marketing team, letting us see overlapping tasks and adjust deadlines instantly; it saved us a week of rework last quarter and keeps everyone on the same page.

Cons

But the notification settings are a bit clunky, making it hard to stop spam emails, and the mobile app feels laggy when scrolling through long lists, which slows down quick updates.
