### "The Great Asana"

March 11, 2025

5.0

Overall my experience with Asana was a positive one. My team enjoyed how organized it was and how clear each persons tasks were. Planning future projects was made easy and overall Asana has a nice and easy to follow structure.

Pros

Asana is great for project management especially when working in a team setting. I liked the portfolios because I was able to keep an eye on multiple projects at the same time. The overall feel of Asana is very neat and organized and that is always a top priority for me.

Cons

I wish some resources on the platform could be accessed without having to pay for them, but I understand. One things I didn't like was when I was on the go and using Asana on my phone I was never able to copy tasks to another project.

### "Great for keeping track of all the little tasks for almost any project"

April 15, 2025

4.0

Asana is a strong choice for teams that need structure and visibility in their workflows. It’s flexible enough for different types of projects and has helped us stay organized, especially as we've grown—but be ready to invest a bit of time (and possibly money) to get the most out of it.

Pros

Clean, easy-to-use interface. It’s intuitive and doesn’t take long to get the hang of. Multiple project views. You can switch between list, board, calendar, and timeline depending on what works best for the team. Great for collaboration. Tasks, comments, and updates are all in one place, which cuts down on back-and-forth emails. Automations. Helps reduce repetitive work by setting up simple rules.

Cons

Takes some time to learn advanced features. Things like custom fields and workflow automation aren’t as intuitive at first. Can feel cluttered. Without regular cleanup, projects and tasks can pile up fast. Key features are paywalled. The free version is decent, but you’ll need to upgrade to access things like timelines and detailed reporting.

Reason for choosing Asana

Ease of implementation and also it was free to start and worked well for our team.

### "Asana has made our team more efficient"

February 26, 2025

4.0

After trying to use Microsoft Teams and Slack fir project communications and finding them both cumbersome for our less technologically advanced employees, Asana has provided use with an effective solution that works well across the board for ournstaff.

Pros

I like that the platform is very user friendly and easy to navigate taks, calendars etc and ha sthw ability view things per project, per team or per person.

Cons

We do find it a bit on the expensive side, although i will saybthat vesus other software we've tried for team communication, we find this to be the most effective for our needs and therefore, worth the higher cost.

### "My review Asana"

December 17, 2025

5.0

Pros

I appreciate being able to assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress in real time. Notifications and different views (list, board, calendar) really help with day-to-day coordination.

Cons

It helps maintain a clear overview of what’s in progress and what the priorities are, especially in an environment with many projects running simultaneously.

### "Asana gets the job done. "

October 14, 2025

4.0

I used Asana as part of a team for a small business. It does what it’s intended to do as far as assigning projects and tasks to specific team members and tracking project management or workflow. It was the first platform of its kind I used and it seemed alright. It’s fairly straightforward once you understand the platform and navigation, but I do think there are other strong competitors for software that does the same thing.

Pros

Asana was OK, it had a bit of a learning curve but once you learn the basics of the software it is a decent platform for workflow management within a team project.

Cons

It seemed a bit illogical and was not the easiest platform to navigate, especially for new team members.

### "Excellent project management tool"

February 27, 2025

5.0

Asana has greatly helped our organization with organizing and tracking our projects, especially those involving multiple departments. Tasks now all appear in a single place and communication about each task is found in a central location without various email chains piling up and missing necessary recipients.

Pros

Very flexible system that allows for a customized setup to fit our workflows within and between departments.

Cons

Some of the more useful features require a bigger investment in a higher level plan.

### "Clean and simple for managing my task list"

January 9, 2026

5.0

For personal organization and small team, Asana is great. It is not scary like Jira. I use it to remember my daily to-do list for client work.

Pros

I like the interface, it is very clean and colorful. It is easy to make list of data cleaning steps. The unicorn flying when I finish task makes me feel happy.

Cons

Many good features like timeline are only for paid version. Sometimes notifications are too many in email. It is not very good for complex technical documentation or code tracking.

### "Great app overall for more intricate project management needs, but not for beginners "

June 8, 2025

4.0

I've used Asana briefly in my old job, but haven't switched back to it since. Interface is intuitive, but for larger organisations as can be overwhelming - creates alot of admin to log things in and can miss mentions when you're managing many projects at once or in many sub teams, so I think it is not the best platform in the market

Pros

The layout is very vibrant and customisable for project management, and tag feature is sufficient for small team collab.

Cons

Not alot of other companies/clients I've worked with use it, they tend to gravitate to wards Teams or Slack.

### "Wonder tool"

December 16, 2025

5.0

A very great tool overall, despite a few nuances that can be improved on. I totally recommend it for all project managers.

Pros

It is such a great value for my money. It is relatively easy to use even as a first timer, you quickly get a hang of it with constant practise. The customer care are also great and ready to help.

Cons

Even though it's easy to use after some practice, I believe the interface can be made simpler and more first-timer friendly.

### "Asana is great"

It is a great experience, and I have not stopped using it since I found it and could not find any better software for the same function.

Pros

Asana is easy to use and has many fields for a single task that I can add all the information I want, as well as a wide range of integrations and connections to other applications. I like it so much because it organises my work.

Cons

I like it overall and hope it is possible to have it integrated with Siri or Google Assistant and Gemini soon, so everything can be organised with audio and as efficiently as possible.

### "My other brain works for me"

June 27, 2025

5.0

Keeping all the things in my brain organized has been a struggle. I used other software and while it was great in the beginning, as I used it, it got disorganized and overwhelming. But switching to Asana, I have been able to be more organized. I can drill down further into projects and see that progress easily. I love that I can keep track of all my tasks over many projects in on one page.

Pros

After using other productivity software, I really like that Asana has a dashboard overview, which allows me to see all the tasks due from different projects.

Cons

It does have a learning curve to it. It took me a while to find the best way to use it that worked for me, but once I figured it out, it has been great. However, they do have free training classes.

### "Great option for project tracking "

December 16, 2025

I have been using asana for 8 years and find a lot of value in the platform. I so wish the interface had a cleaner UX and less options behind paywalls.

Pros

Task management, organization, tracking of projects. We have checklists set up in templates allowing for easier onboarding and organization.

Cons

Every update, the UX gets worse. It is much harder to find projects and teams in the current interface.

### "Brilliant UI for project management and collaboration!"

December 9, 2025

5.0

It’s been fantastic to be able to RAG rate everything and more clearly understand deadlines for different workstreams. I love the layout and UI.

Pros

Asana is genuinely so useful. It makes project management a breeze and it integrates your workflows really nicely. It also makes teamwork super fun, you can have multiple users and assign them to different areas in a gant chant. I love it and would recommend you try it out for your work.

Cons

It is a brilliant software, I would like if it could fully integrate with my email client and use AI to pool everything into different streams, but perhaps that will be released in the future!

### "Communication and better coordination among my colleagues"

February 24, 2025

5.0

Secret projects, I can have much more privacy with certain information that I only want to share with certain members or none at all.

Pros

I like Asana because it offers something that other collaboration tools don't, which is that it is visually simple and intuitive. Its task management interface uses kanban-style cards to visually organize tasks. Integrates with my files and apps for seamless collaboration. You can attach different files to tasks, from images to audios. (Best of all, this is archived in Asana) Good file sharing to create, store and share from Dropbox, Google Drive, Box).

Cons

No comments, personally I have excellent experience.
