I use it for my task list for up coming things I have to take care of. I love how I can add a deadline to it to make sure I stay organized. I love making different projects for different stuff that I am in charge of to help our lane stay organized too Pros I LOVE Asana!! It is so helpful and useful. I love how it can help you be organized with all the the different settings. I love how you can keep your team in the loop with everything going on by tagging them in the project or task. Pros I like that teams can have different boards for separate projects and can see who is completing what and when and that there are different views for timelines etc. Cons I think it's not the most aesthetically pleasing software which is not a big deal per se, but it did make me use it slightly less in comparison to other task softwares like monday.com. Additionally, I didn't love the options for integration and notifications. Pros It’s a good tool for taking courses and having the teacher or mentor be able to assign tasks and keep track of one’s progress. Especially in larger teams or teams with agile workflow Asana is a huge help. Pros Easy project management with a variety of tools that support with planning and tracking. Easy collaboration and nice views for better insights in current status and ongoing tasks. The comment sections makes it easy to ask questions to other team members. Cons Free plan has some limitations. Unfortunately, they discontinued the "free for students" offer. This is a huge drawback since I used to teach my students some advanced aspects of project management using Asana Premium features as an example.
