Pros I love that you can make “rules” for each category so that it can be automatically sent to another place when complete or when in need of attention. Task management and collaborating with my team is so efficient with Asana. It's flexible and offers a lot of options. The task bubbles almost feel like they 'gamify' project and task management. Pros Asana is very easy to customize for your own project management style, needs and expectations. You can set up access to projects and information by role and use templates. I've seen clients and colleagues in different industries and in teams of different sizes personalize their Asana and really make this software their own. Cons I've had a few small instances where Asana information would seemingly disappear, which could've been user error (either myself or someone else on the team). While many project management apps offer the same features as asana, they charge ridiculous pricing so as a small business owner I appreciate the simple gantt view Asana provides and its not cut throat. Pros Asana provides 250 automations for me and my team per month which makes life way easy for us and the team without having to worry to pay much for project automation. Pros I like the connectivity between teams and goals. Along with that, there is significant increase in our efficiency when we utilize Asana. I like the project views, security of the app, and the mobile version is easy to use as well. Cons It gets a little frustrating that you can only have one user per task sometimes, but not a dealbreaker. The amount of notifications can be overwhelming as well sometimes, but I'm sure that can be adjusted in settings. Other than that, nothing that would cause me to stray from using it.
