They're very patient, and responsive, and deliver a great quality product. Pros I personally love how easy it is to use and the features it has. You can slice and dice the data any way you'd like so it's a very comprehensive tool. Cons The challenge I have with this tool is that not every single account is available, so you have to take the extra step to request certain handles to be added.
