It is easy to navigate and find exactly what you need with great customer support service. Something that I believe is a huge role in making sure that everything is organized, is the use of Google products to easily share documents with everyone in the firm. The confusion of physical paper files is something we do not have to worry about. Making sure every document goes into each client's profile and being able to have the entire office access it, is worth more than a five-star review. Cons Something that I find I am a little iffy about, is the search capabilities. I think making it a little easier to search and find a specific case is really the only thing I would find useful. Being able to search up a person using a phone number is hard to find because of the picky way the search tool is with case sensitivity. I would like to just type in the last four numbers of a phone number and be able to see any client with that number. It is not something completely vital to the process of our case management, but something that might save us - and especially the receptionists - even a bit of our time. Attorney Law Practice Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Lolly Law is the best - look for no other solution" September 16, 2020 5.0 Overall the program is perfect, I review other programs in depth but none of them was a s complete as Lolly Law and here is the best part: the tech support - very impressive!!! this is by far what makes Lolly Law Unique. If you are getting started or running a large practice the software is design to one or multi users. I'm confident you will love it. Pros This product is fantastic because is very simple to use with lots of features and benefits so the creators cover almost everything needed. Adding the client is simple, using the portal for customer is very friendly, importing the data and moving it to the forms is very friendly and easy to use. Navigation, tools such as the task reminders are fantastic. Then the cases library is a must have. Billing options are amazing, finally the customization makes Lolly Law the best choice in the market. Cons Currently the software doesn't have the SMS feature however if you use Google Suite the are plenty of add ons to use that will make communicating with clients very simple and friendly. Pros Integration with google. Willingness of support team to help trouble shoot and make small fixes quickly. Cons Interface is still a bit difficult to navigate. November 6, 2020 5.0 We are using Lolly Law for a very small non-profit organization and the price is significantly cheaper than it's competitors and all of the functions are incredibly intuitive and straightforward. Pros This software offers G-suite integration which contributes to the overall usability. We already work in G suite so it made the most sense to adopt this software as our immigration law case management system. I appreciate the user-friendly look of Lolly Law. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], provided us with a informative screen share so that we know how the software was designed to meet the needs of practitioners. Furthermore, our organization prioritizes empowerment and I love that there is client portal that our clients can access to fill out forms upload docs. It really places them in the driver seat and gives them the ability to participate in the immigration process. Cons I don't have any cons at this time. It was easily our first choice! I am looking forward to the roll out of other features such as the text notifications. Whether it is your first time looking at it or your millionth time seeing it, it is always easy to navigate. If for any reason you are unable to navigate it, the customer service integration is an amazing way to help learn the software as easily as possible. Cons One of the only features I would think could be improved would be the search engine. It is easy to use but sometimes hard to find things. If someone calls the office, I would like to be able to type in the last four numbers of the phone number to make it easier for me to find the client. It seems as though the search is very picky about how different things are typed in, so being able to have a little more leniency when searching for a client, would be a little more efficient and easier to use. I have about 10 different legal software in the past 10 years of working/interning in the law. Lolly is, by far, the most easy to use and best organized legal software I have had the pleasure of working with. The way this software organizes the universe of documents and works with the cases is very well thought out. I would give more stars if I could. Pros I find the user interface very easy to use and intuitive. Things just work, there are no hiccups and I find it a joy to work with. I like how easily trackable everything is in real time: from the financial transactions to the progress on the cases themselves. Cons I can't say there something I dislike about the software. My use of it is limited to administrative tasks, billing, payments, and document management. In those aspects, this program blows other legal software I have used over the years out of the water. Customer service is very good, the people who made the program clearly understand the practice of immigration law. That said, the user-friendly feel can cause issues for those who jump into the program without taking the training class first. This program is deceptively full of options that really enhance its usefulness and personalization. I HIGHLY advise you to take the training class so you don't get frustrated by the options you don't understand. Our office did so and have since become very impressed at what LL is capable of. The customer service reps are ready to help whenever I need help to figuring something out. I was skeptical about switch to a new software while actively running with with multiple open cases, but the Lolly team was there to help with any issues I came across making it easier to pick up the software. Pros LollyPayment is one of Lolly Law's greatest features. Allowing clients you submit payments by scanning a QR code, the payment plans are a breeze to set up and edit, and the ability to safely save a card to an account allows over the phone payment to be completed much more efficiently. And with the text option it will notify clients when its time to make a payment or that the autopay will be taken out. Cons I feel like there are a few more reports that would make accounting easier. November 12, 2020 5.0 Pros Lolly Law makes form filling super easy. I love how I can enter all the client's information into their profile, and it auto-populates in the forms. Saves me hours of time. The support team is extremely quick to resolve any issues or to add customizations that we request. Cons If you do not have very speedy internet, some of the features are missing or do not work properly. This can be frustrating when you are busy and have multiple screens going.
