L’outil constitue la base de gestion de mes données produits pour les marketplaces, et s’intègre pleinement dans mon flux de travail. Je l’utilise principalement pour réaliser des exports et des imports de données, qui alimentent ensuite Shoppingfeed, avant diffusion sur les différentes marketplaces. Cela me permet de structurer, contrôler et fiabiliser les informations produits en amont. Ce fonctionnement me permet de gagner en efficacité dans la gestion du catalogue et d’assurer une bonne cohérence des données sur l’ensemble des canaux de vente. Pros J’ai particulièrement apprécié la centralisation des données produits, qui facilite la gestion des informations sur plusieurs marketplaces. L’outil permet un gain de temps significatif dans la mise à jour des fiches produits et limite les erreurs liées aux ressaisies. L’interface offre une bonne visibilité sur les données essentielles (références, descriptifs, attributs), ce qui est utile au quotidien pour le suivi et la cohérence du catalogue. Enfin, la possibilité de structurer et d’harmoniser les informations produits est un vrai plus pour améliorer la qualité des contenus et leur diffusion sur les différents canaux. Cons À ce jour, je n’ai pas identifié de points bloquants dans l’utilisation d’Interactiv’ DataBase. L’outil répond globalement à mes besoins au quotidien. Il faut peu de clics pour accéder à l'information souhaitée. Les différentes interfaces sont épurées et on ne s'y perd pas bien au contraire. L'important est de bien structurer l'ensemble des données dès le départ, ce qui rend l'utilisation plus agréable et plus intuitive. Les chefs de projets, qui sont très investis tout au long de la mise en place, aident à définir cette structure et se préoccupent vraiment des besoins du client. Pros Etant le responsable de la mise en place du PIM en interne et donc de l’import des données de plus de 15 000 produits je peux assurer que les possibilités d'import/export nativement intégrées sont une belle plus-value. Ils sont totalement paramétrables et l'interface de mise en place est plutôt simple d'utilisation. Et pas de panique, l’équipe de support est toujours là pour aider et leur réactivité mérite d’être mise en avant. De plus ces imports/exports peuvent être effectués très simplement depuis presque toutes les interfaces, c’est très appréciable. La possibilité de générer des exports depuis une « matrice Excel interne » permet de générer des fichiers Excel prêts à l’emploi avec par exemple le logo de l’entreprise et une mise en forme prédéfinie. La traçabilité des actions utilisateurs est également une fonctionnalité très appréciée en interne. Cette historisation est poussée et une erreur peut être corrigée en un simple clic via l’option de rétablissement des anciennes valeurs. Le PIM dispose également d'une API, et de par le retour d'un partenaire elle est très bien construite et facilement exploitable. Cons Il n'est pas toujours possible d'adapter exactement le PIM à un besoin spécifique, cependant l'équipe de support est toujours disponible et de bon conseil pour arriver au résultat souhaité. Le cas échéant il est toujours possible de demander un spécifique, cela a été notre cas et l'équipe technique a rapidement su répondre et implémenter une solution fonctionnelle. Nous avions en effet besoin de gérer des "packs de produits" sur 3 niveaux et d’y ajouter une donnée spécifique. L'équipe technique nous a mis en place une solution sur mesure permettant cette gestion à la fois sur notre PIM, notre site web et sur nos impressions de catalogues. Notre ERP pousse les informations de base (code EAN… etc) puis les différents services de notre société viennent alimenter les attributs (photo ; description, attribut technique). Notre PIM est ensuite relié à notre site marchand et à notre intégrateur de flux qui lui-même alimente les marketplaces. C'est donc un outil qui a de nombreux flux sortants, nous utilisons les canaux en fonction du flux, c'est très pratique. Pros Nous utilisons au quotidien Interactiv Database. C'est une solution qui se prend facilement en main. On peut faire de l'injection en masse. En cas de besoin, les équipes du support nous donne un coup de main. Ils sont toujours réactifs, à l'écoute. Nous pouvons gérer les droits selon les utilisateurs. Cons Je n'ai pas de gros inconvénients identifiés.
