## What is CoachVantage?

CoachVantage is an all-in-one coaching software for life and executive coaches. It's intuitive and easy to use, designed especially for coaching workflows. The scheduling feature lets clients self-book sessions while checking your external calendar for conflicts. Personal branding is possible on all plans. Group coaching, 1:1 coaching, and online courses can be managed on a single platform. Clients have access to a secure client portal so you can share files and notes securely with each other, track progress and deliver a professional client experience. CoachVantage automatically logs your coaching hours in a log file that can be exported. Virtual coaching is possible with Google Meet and Zoom. Send contracts to clients for e-signature or embed it in your landing pages for seamless client onboarding. There are form templates available. Send web forms to clients. CoachVantage has made running my group coaching programs so much easier. I can manage enrollments, resources, community discussions, and live sessions all from one platform. My group members can access everything from the client portal, which saves me a great deal of time.

Pros

CoachVantage is a great value for money, the customer support responds to any request in a timely manner. Not only can you manage all your clients in ONE place, but you can also create links to insert into your website to grow your business

Cons

The platform covers almost every aspect required to run a coaching business, if you are running a team of coaches the platform currently does not offer that - however the professional development team has confirmed that they are in development

My experience has been very positive. I've been able to speak with \[sensitive content hidden\] directly when needed, and he's always professional and supportive.

Pros

CoachVantage provides a clean way for me to organize and track my client interactions. I knew as I launched my business that I needed to do that in a way that made sense and a way that could scale.

Cons

It's a little tedious to attach documents to client records. It could be that I just haven't explored yet the best way to do it.

CoachVantage has created simplicity for my new business and has saved me money by not having to purchase multiple tools and having it all in one place. Additionally, \[sensitive content hidden\] have been terrific to work with - responsive to my questions and suggestions. And I appreciate the \[sensitive content hidden\] is continuously seeking to improve the platform and to offer more features.

Pros

CoachVantage allows me to take care of so many of my coaching needs in one place. I love having a single platform for contracting, scheduling, note taking, coaching logs, interacting with clients, invoicing-payments, and maintaining my client pipeline. I just started to use the Group Program features as well and am excited to see the benefits of using that feature.

Cons

I was hoping to be able to use the video conferencing feature directly in CoachVantage, but that hasn't been a good solution for me. Given this, I've had to purchase a license for Zoom instead but Zoom integrates into CoachVantage so it's been a seamless option.

I would like to be able to customize y dashboard and client profile. It would be nice to have a choice of tiles for the dashboard. It would be great to be able to customize fields in profiles

I have been exploring various options and have tried alternatives, such as Simply.Coach and Paperbell, but for the value and investment, CoachVantage does it for me.

Pros

Although there are numerous onboarding videos, the platform is quite intuitive to set up, making it unnecessary to watch all of them. I think the platform has everything a coach needs to support their clients - a client portal, flexibility in creating unique coaching packages, onboarding for signing up a client to a new package, which can include e-signing the coaching agreement, and a way to tag clients with different attributes from prospect to client, plus other tags that can be created. The interface is clean, modern, and easy to navigate, even for someone like me who is new to it.

Cons

There is no chat support. It can take > 24-48 hours for a response. The knowledge base is pretty extensive, so always check there first.

I researched many CRM systems prior to choosing Coach Vantage for my coaching business. I was looking for a simple, yet comprehensive and easy to use technology that could support all aspects of my business. Coach Vantage houses my scheduling, 1:1 coaching & group programs, client contracts, invoices, and client information & documents. I can’t express enough, how pleased I am by the level of support and the simplicity of use and comprehensive nature of the CoachVantage system. I definitely made the right choice for growing my business with Coach Vantage, as the company is always open to feedback to support coaches with their businesses and continue to up level their services and product.

Pros

An additional consideration in my decision was customer service support, beyond just chat bots and email, which is difficult to find. The customer service support was beyond my highest expectations, with prompt responses, video meetings to set up my system and to work out any issues.

Cons

Sometimes difficult to schedule due to time zone differences

Since 2009, when I started coaching, I've used several other competitor systems as well as a well known modular based web hosting platforms, to run my coaching operations. While they are all decent systems and all have some good functionality, with each I always had to compromise too much. CoachVantage is a welcome exception.

Pros

CoachVantage is full featured yet reasonably priced. It's quick and easy to setup and simple to use.

Cons

While it doesn't integrate texting or support coaching teams quite yet, I suspect that these are on the development calendar.

Pros

From the minute you create an account, CoachVantage guides you through the simple but intuitive process of setting up a professional end-to-end coaching system.

Cons

Honestly, I'm finding it difficult to find cons. Everything just works. If I had a wish list, I would ask that CoachVantage would add 2 features: 1. Ability to SMS through the product 2. In-product video conferencing, having said that, CoachVantage integrates very well with existing commercial products.

Coach vantage provides all of the functions and resources needed to manage my coaching practice. In addition, the coach, Spanish team has been very responsive and received desponding to any request for changes or minor fixes., Which is a unique quality inn software space.

Cons

Integration with Zoom took while after the upgrade to Coachvantage, but that has been resolved.
