### "Helpful for Privacy, but Reliability Needs Improvement"

July 8, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Aircall has been mixed. I really appreciate the privacy it gives me by masking my personal phone number, and that is one of the biggest reasons I value the app. At the same time, the reliability issues and missed notifications have made it harder to trust fully, and the navigation has not always felt intuitive. Overall, it serves an important purpose, but the experience would be much better with stronger consistency and usability.

Pros

What I liked most about Aircall is that it allows me to make and receive work-related calls without using my personal phone number. That added layer of privacy is a big benefit and makes it much easier to keep work communication separate from my personal life. It has been especially useful for maintaining that boundary while still staying accessible.

Cons

What I liked least about Aircall is the inconsistency. Calls can drop, notifications are sometimes missed, and that makes it harder to rely on when communication needs to be seamless. It also has not been the easiest app to navigate, so the overall experience can feel more frustrating than it should.

### "A modern, VOip phone system that integrates seamlessly with your tools"

May 22, 2026

4.0

It has allowed our team to move away from outdated phone systems and adopt a modern, flexible, cloud-based solution that fits perfectly with our remote and hybrid work model.

Pros

Native Salesforce integration: This is, by far, one of Aircall's biggest strengths. The integration with Salesforce is seamless and powerful: calls are automatically logged in the corresponding contact or lead records, call recordings and notes are directly attached to Salesforce activities, and our sales team can initiate calls directly from Salesforce with a single click (Click-to-Dial). This has drastically reduced manual data entry and improved CRM data accuracy. Getting started was incredibly fast — numbers can be provisioned in just a few clicks, and onboarding new team members takes minutes, not days. VR, call routing, business hours, shared inboxes, call tagging, and analytics provide everything a growing team needs to manage calls professionally.

Cons

The analytics are good, but more advanced and customizable reports would be a welcome addition Occasionally, we've experienced minor call quality issues (echo, latency, or dropped calls), especially on weaker internet connections.

Reason for choosing Aircall

Aircall offers some of the best-in-class native integrations with CRMs and helpdesk tools, which was a top priority for us to streamline our workflows and centralize customer data.

Hi Louis, Thank you so much for this detailed and thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that the Salesforce integration has been such a game-changer for your team, from automatic call logging and Click-to-Dial to faster onboarding and improved CRM accuracy. That's exactly the kind of impact we aim to deliver! We also appreciate your feedback on analytics customization. We will pass this along to our team as we continue to develop our reporting capabilities. Regarding the occasional call quality issues, as a VoIP solution, call quality can be impacted by internet connectivity, but if you're up for it, please reach out to our Support team with specific examples at support@aircall.io or via the Help Center here \[ https://support.aircall.io/en-gb \] so they can troubleshoot and help find a solution. ### "Strong tool for small and early stage sales teams."

July 28, 2026

3.0

I find Aircall to be a simple and easy to use beginner tool for getting into outbound sales. As these systems and teams mature, they will likely need to upgrade to another system, but Aircall is unobtrusive and can work in most systems, so it won't ask you to build a complex workflow around it.

Pros

I enjoyed the compatibility of the browser extension, and range of use across multiple devices. Aircall is easy to learn and to integrate with existing workflows for the early stages of building an outbound sales team.

Cons

I felt that Aircall's capabilities were limited compared to other outbound calling services I have used before. Sequencing was limited and the ability to run several calls simultaneously is necessary for high volume outreach.

### "Reliable calling, but rigid contracts and hidden costs at renewal"

July 23, 2026

1.0

The core product did its job and supported real revenue outcomes for us. But the relationship was undermined by opaque plan terms, no proactive account management, and rigid, inflexible offboarding — getting any accommodation required direct escalation rather than being offered as standard practice. We're moving to a different provider mainly because of this lack of flexibility around contracts, not the calling product itself.

Pros

Call quality and day-to-day functionality were reliable, and outbound calling through the platform helped us close real business — we can trace concrete deals directly to outreach done via Aircall.

Cons

Contract and billing flexibility is poor. We ended up paying for unused plan capacity (5 users, international calling bundle) for roughly a year without any proactive check-in from Aircall to flag the mismatch. We were also forced into two separate unwanted full-price contract extensions: once from a missed cancellation deadline with zero flexibility offered, and again when porting our number out to a new provider required a full extra month at full price, with no reduced or number-only option available.

### "Awesome Product!"

April 14, 2025

5.0

Had a great experience as we used to use another system before where we had to type in each number manually. Now it is much quicker with click to dial.

Pros

Its so easy to use! We use it regularly at our job role and the ability to click a button next to each phone number saves so much time! Particularly useful when using click to dial and VOIP dialling.

Cons

Sometimes it can take a while to load and that can slow you down. But on the whole its very quick!

### "Make calls on Air"

July 19, 2026

3.0

Aircall made it easy to keep track of productivity and to hold agents accountable. Being able to listen to calls to see what information was provided to clients was extremely useful and helpful. Although, sometimes experiencing issues with connectivity had us missing a lot of calls, we were able to call clients back because of the call log in the workspace.

Pros

It was an easy move for my employer to make and the workspace to see calls received by agents, assigned calls to you, and missed calls made it easy for everyone to keep track of what needed attention. You can also listen to calls other agents had this was very useful to clear up any misunderstandings or misinformation by agents.

Cons

We experienced a lot of connectivity issues, and sometimes calls wouldn't come through at all. The call log in the work space area still l listed those missed calls.

### "4 months later still can't text! Avoid at all costs!"

April 9, 2026

1.0

Aircall couldn't deliver on their service promised.  4 months later I still can't text after going back and forth with their support team fixing the supposed issue.  They kept blaming it on upstream provider and giving new reasons why I can't text, I would fix them wait forever only to be denied texting again.  This went on for over 3 months with about 5 exchanges back and forth until I had enough and asked to cancel.   When I go to cancel they basically said too bad, you signed a year long contract and have continued to charge me even though I ported all my phone numbers back to old service provider.  I run a sales organization and lost a lot of business because my reps couldn't text customers.  What a waste of time and energy and not to mention 5 months of charges (over $2,000). DO NOT GO WITH THIS PHONE PROVIDER!!!

Pros

Price was cheaper than my previous provider so I took a chance on migrating after we had some staff downsized.

Cons

Support was awful they couldn't get me texting after 4 months of back and forth and I finally gave up after losing a ton of money. Pipedrive integration not as advertised.

Hi Brian, Thank you for sharing this feedback. We are truly sorry for the disruption and the frustration you experienced. Our Number Operations team has been thoroughly communicative with you throughout the carrier slowdown. The carrier had a handful of rejections surrounding their privacy policy and opt-in process. This led to delays and an A2P rejection, resulting in SMS being unable to be active in this case. Nonetheless, we understand the impact of this and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. This matter was raised with the team once again, who will be in touch with you.

### "Could be good but failed to be 100% up & running. "

December 15, 2025

Useful in terms of time spent calling. Not at all useful when it came to time spent trying to fix data errors and then when it stopped working entirely.

Pros

You can run through cold calls quickly, send sms ,leave voicemails etc. I could power through 100 calls a lot faster than when I used my CRM native calling.

Cons

It stopped working after the first day of using it. I also found that it was not 100percent accurate with data on my crm.

### "Exceptional CRM Integration Hindered by High Costs and Seat Minimums"

August 28, 2026

5.0

Aircall delivers a premium, highly efficient experience for B2B sales and support teams heavily reliant on CRM automation. However, its value proposition hinges on whether your organization is willing to pay higher seat costs for integration polish rather than seeking an all-in-one phone-and-video bundle.

Pros

What makes Aircall exceptional is its best-in-class, frictionless CRM integration ecosystem. The app embeds seamlessly into platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and Pipedrive. When a call comes in, the automatic contact pop-up instantly displays the caller’s past history, while call recordings, disposition tags, and AI summaries are logged automatically without leaving the CRM window. This eliminates manual data entry and dramatically increases rep productivity.

Cons

aggressive pricing model, strict seat minimums, and heavy feature gating. Enforcing a mandatory 3-license minimum makes it unnecessarily expensive for small teams, while essential tools like Salesforce integrations, live call monitoring, power dialers, and AI summaries are locked behind higher tiers or paid add-ons.

### "Aircall is the easiest system as well as the best value for money."

September 26, 2022

4.0

Overall, I have loved using Aircall, they are so much better than our previous phone system, much easier to use, cheaper, and they actually seem like they care about our experience unlike some other companies.

Pros

What I love about the software is the fact it is just so easy to use. Being a gatekeeper at my company is not one of my highest priorities as I cover many different areas. But the fact that I could do one onboarding call, and understand how to call, take calls, transfer, tag... basically everything is amazing. Not to mention our CSM was great and always checked in to ensure we understood the platform.

Cons

The only thing slightly annoying is the constant updates on the phone app, which stops you being able to take calls until you update it and as someone who doesnt always have the app open right in front of me sometimes I miss calls because I am unaware it needed an update.

### "Great for Small and Medium Sized Business Call Flows"

March 11, 2025

5.0

Overall, our experience with Aircall has been very positive. The solution is reasonably priced and provides great features for small and medium-sized businesses to create call flows from toll free or local numbers.

Pros

The new Smartflow IVR editor simplifies complex call systems and allows users to set rules for call flows during specific hours and after key presses, and allows uploading of custom files for voiceovers or hold music. You can also copy configuration from similar IVRs to save time when creating new call flows.

Cons

When creating a smartflow, deleting some steps (time restriction rules, keypad presses) also deletes the options below. There is no option to delete only the selected item and keep the branches below. I also wish that Aircall would integrate a solution for hunt groups to external phone numbers.

### "Great phone analytics tool "

October 9, 2024

5.0

Overall, Aircall is a great tool which is perfect for larger businesses or ones with multiple teams and departments. Its great in-depth analytics are really helpful for understanding and planning your phone strategy, but would recommend using the desktop app only for maximum efficiency.

Pros

Aircall makes filtering calls really easy. The analytics are transformational compared to our previous system, and it makes understanding your call pick-up rates, peak times and outbound call timings really easy.

Cons

The service is quite expensive, and you will be charged additional add-ons for further in-depth analytics. Their mobile app also has some disadvantages, e.g. not having the option to make call tagging compulsory, which can be confusing for analytics.

### "Poor business phone system, unethical billing "

December 6, 2021

1.0

Bottom line: If you are looking for a decent business phone system that offers decent quality phone calls and user experience, please look elsewhere. You shouldn’t be reading this review either, I would never recommend this company to any business owners. There are multiple companies around, I would advice you to check them out. Good luck!

Pros

Integrates with salesmsg to send out mass sms

Cons

I had moved from Vonage to Aircall for my business phone system. I wanted to use salesmsg to send out mass marketing sms to my customers and the only company that salesmsg recommends to be integrated for voice calling feature was Aircall. Within few hours of using the Aircall app I find myself using a sub par business phone system. The cellphone app is extremely unrefined, lots of bugs and many features are absent. As simple as copying and pasting phone numbers from contacts tab is a daunting task. I had to memorize the numbers if I need to copy it (that’s how poorly designed the app is) Second flaw is that voice calls gets disconnected frequently. The phone call always disconnects after the first ring and I am forced to call every customer back as their calls don’t last past one ring. This is real haste, if your business gets good number of calls everyday. Third major issue here is that their billing team are unethical. My phone numbers were ported 6 days past my billing date with Aircall. Hence I am now getting charged for my full monthly fees although I have no service with Aircall past the first 6 days since the start of my billing cycle. When I approached the billing team, they declined to refund the balance (for the periods that I have no active service with Aircall) this I feel is ruthless billing policy towards small business owners like myself. I hate to pay two months of service for a poor business phone system that I had hardest time using.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that it can be frustrating when you purchase a tool for your business that isn't quite working the way you need it to. We try to make our app as user friendly as possible, but of course there are several factors that are sometimes out of our control and can lead to unexpected user issues. Should you ever decide to give Aircall another try, I'd recommend downloading our browser extension, which would enable you to call your contacts in one click, rather than through copy and pasting. Here's where you can learn more about this feature: https://help.aircall.io/en/articles/5259528-how-to-use-aircall-s-browser-extensions Calls being dropped can be attributed to many factors, but one of the most common is a poor internet signal. Another could be simply be that the contacts you dialed declined your call. In these cases, even the best VoIP tool will run into issues. It looks someone is in contact to resolve your billing issue. Cheers, Max

### "A companion for remote job"

May 27, 2022

4.0

I do not see myself using another software. It has some flaws but Aircall is definitely my first choice. Its features keep on being improved, the team seems to be very feedback oriented. I am satisfied and looking forward to the next big feature release !

Pros

The ability to call from any country and centralizing the contacts with links to our database. It makes remote job easy and. There are even tools to troubleshoot connection issue and know nmthe source of any quality issue ! I love the sms tool available for France and UK, it is very handy for reaching busy customers

Cons

The reporting is not deep unless you pay higher membership. Depending on the company's need it is not that overpriced. There is no way to have your SMS saved if someone calls you in the middle of your typing and you receive notification for every single sms coming in even though you did not send the sms without the possibility to assign it... Lots of improvement could be done there in my opinion (tags, search for users...)

### "Solid Value - Reliable, Easy to Set Up, and Use"

May 8, 2023

5.0

Aircall has been very easy to implement and maintain, and our users find the UI and other features easy to use and effectively help them perform their functions. Some internal development and use of external tools might be required in order to tailor the system to fit your org's needs, but the reasonable cost, aforementioned ease of deployment and use, and Aircall's developer friendly API far outweigh any drawbacks.

Pros

Aircall has been a very reliable and easy to implement tool for our org. The UI on both the end-user and admin side of things are intuitive, and easy to learn and use. New users are able to effectively use the system with very minimal training. Aircall is also reasonably priced and when paired with the ease of deployment and use makes the tool a good value.

Cons

Ability to natively integrate with other tools (eg. a CRM) is hit or miss, but something that is seemingly being expanded. In addition, both because of the above or depending on the complexity of the particular org's phone system use case, routing and other features may require the purchase of external tools or internal development in order to meet those expectations.

I'm not a fan. Zendesk was a joke in many ways but their IVR was better than this, which is depressing.

Pros

It integrates with our existing tech stack and helps sync info between Front and Salesforce.

Cons

Wildly inconsistent connectivity. Randomly disconnects all the time and makes us unreachable. Call routing is terrible. We get families upset and frustrated because they can't reach us. IVR is inconsistent at best.

Alternatives considered

[Dialpad](https://www.capterra.com/p/190976/Dialpad-Sell/)

Reason for choosing Aircall

No idea. I wasn't the ultimate decider.

Switched from

[Zendesk Suite](https://www.capterra.com/p/164283/Zendesk/)

We switched to a better tech stack.

### "If you like a tons of bugs, features randomly removed, and terrible customer service that costs you money, go for it."

August 2, 2017

1.0

Aircall used to be a solid product with fair pricing and good support. I don't know what's changed in side their company, but something has gone wrong and now their product and customer service are suffering.

Pros

They have dedicated apps for all the major devices (iOS, Mac, Windows, etc). They have a good website that's easy to find what you're looking for.

Cons

I have to begin with the fact that their customer service is horrible and screwed me out of so much money after they changed the product without warning. I was on their enterprise plan and paid for the entire year upfront for all my users and lines. 6 phone lines, 4 users. I was supposed to get an account executive, but was never assigned one until 7 months later when I had a major issue happen and asked where my rep was. She had just been hired maybe 2 weeks prior, she said. Halfway through July 2017, the engineers accounted a bug in a feature we depended on. They issued a 'bug fix' by removing the entire feature without warning! Without this feature, we couldn't use the Aircall service. I had several phone calls with them and maybe a dozen back and forth emails, but Aircall wouldn't add the feature back. I politely asked for a refund for the remaining 5 months of service and they flat out refused, even though the product I paid for had changed, I didn't sign a contract, and there was nothing in their TOS about it. Now, I've paid for 5 months of service I'm never going to be able to use because Aircall removed the function we needed. This is AFTER I'd written glowing reviews on various ecommerce platforms, told other entrepreneurs to get it, and again, paid for an entire year. Outside of that, the software always seemed to be loaded with bugs. They do not add features very often, including some that are needed badly. You also can't put customers hold hold when you dial them - only when they dial into you! I would strongly suggest skipping Aircall and trying out something like Dialpad or Talkdesk.

### "Do not recommend at all "

October 6, 2021

horrible

Pros

interface looked nice, the call recording function was useful

Cons

Where do we begin? Aircall has been nothing but a headache for us. PRODUCT: - Quality call is SO poor. To the point we just gave up on using the application. Calls would drop out and our customers would complain they could not hear us at all. There would be at least a 2 second delay in calls, the lag was atrocious. Whenever we took this issue up with Aircall it was blamed on our internet. The speed tests they made us do proved our internet was perfectly fine. We use our internet for video calling daily and never have an issue. We have now been using Ring Central, which is also dependent on internet, and according to our users the difference is aboslutely shocking. We have not experienced any call quality issues with them, and they have a really good analytics section showing us the quality of each call. Unlike Aircall, where we had to submit a ticket for every single call that had an issue, and the response we got everytime was that it was our internet problem. - The mobile app lacks so many features. To answer a call you must answer through the aircall app. On ringcentral, if a call comes through on our phone, we can answer straight away through ringcentral without needing to press onto the app. - The dashboard had so many glitches. It could not even display the correct time we were making calls. I took this up multiple times with support and for weeks was told it was still being fixed. Integration with our CRM just did not work, our contacts never showed up on our dash

Overall I am happy

Pros

It is easy to use, effective. I like the recording part more, as it gives me a great chance to monitor my CMSs' calls and make the needed improvements, develop phone call quality guidelines to reach out to the Joomag quality support.

Cons

Customer support, as it takes pretty long to receive the needed assistance.

### "User friendly and Quick"

I have been using 2 years now. It has a simple GUI and various themes. I can easy to handle our customers using Aircall. We can get a lot of valuable features at a cheap price. Aircall has very good 24/7 customer service. Finally, I recommend Aircall for everyone to handle your business.

Pros

This is very easy for us to use. I can easily manage all incoming and outgoing calls. Client details can be easily retrieved by displaying missed call history and the voice recording service.

Cons

There were no serious issues with using this. Even if a problem arises, customer care can be contacted to resolve the issue. So there is nothing to dislike.

### "Customer Service is non-existent "

April 9, 2024

3.0

Pros

Easy to use, has mobile app but sometimes glitchy. I like how you can set office hours

Cons

My annual subscription renewed without any notice and when I found out on the day it was renewed for another year, I contacted them immediately and asked them to cancel. Even though I contacted them on the day, they refuse to cancel and decided that their policy states they cannot cancel once it's renewed. What an easy money grab to lock customers in for another year. Doesn't take much effort to cancel/refund? Doesn't leave a good taste in my mouth and I won't be recommending Aircall to my network. There are other companies that offer more features for 1/5 of the price.
