AIrcall from the demo , trial and implementation was super! They were so patient

Pros

Aircall was a strong contender to a well-known array of apps/services which primarily help companies setup their IVR, call routing and enable information to flow via integrations. AIrcall was easy to setup, super easy to use and the onboarding was second to none!

Cons

Its only App based and doesn't work with IP telephone. Although they have a dekstop app and apps for ioS and Android as well.

Overall aircall is easy to use and integrates well with our email platform. The only con I've had is not being able to use bluetooth headphones with the software. This makes taking calls rather inconvenient and less ideal.

Pros

What I like most about Aircall is how simple the interface is and how easy it is to use.

Cons

What I like least about aircall is how is doesn't seem to be compatible to AirPods. Anytime you try to use AirPods it creates a weird robotic sound for your voice and makes phone calls impossible. This has interrupted service and effected customer service provided. I have received a response from the aircall team as they are aware the software does not work well with bluetooth devices. As modern as everything is using plug in headphones is not a very great option, especially when you are using a new Macbook that does not even have the port for old school headphones.

It is easy to handle and its great to plug in any headset or airpods. Everything runs properly

My experience with Aircall has been extraordinary so far not only from a product UX/UI perspective but also from my interaction behind the tool (CSM, Support, etc). Keep it up!

Pros

I've been using Aircall for 3years now, and I am quite satisfied with its simplicity and flexibility. It is easy to set up and sync with other CRM tools like Zendesk, Hubspot, Planhat, etc. I also like the easy IVR system someone can set up with minimum DEV resources or at all.

Cons

Nothing that I have on top of mind right now.

The built in note taking option that can be made into an Intercom conversation is super helpful. Also, the internet browser add-on makes clicking on phone numbers to call a breeze!

Me gusta mucho la facilidad con la que puedo contactar con otras personas por diferentes razones, la posibilidad de escuchar las grabaciones por si se te olvidó algo, sinceramente es muy fácil de usar y hace mi trabajo más efectivo.

Pros

Me gusta mucho la facilidad de uso de la aplicación, la posibilidad que tiene de escuchar las grabaciones de las llamadas realizadas, además te permite etiquetar las llamadas según la gestión realizada.

Cons

No hay algo que no me agrade, por decir algo podría ser que siempre hay que valorar la calidad de las llamadas al finalizarlas, pero en general es muy buena aplicación.

It has been so much easier using aircall compared to our old phones!

Pros

What I like most about this software is that we can use it on our desktops as well as mobiles. It is very helpful that we can attach customer profiles to phone numbers as well so when their call pops up we can view their profile.

Cons

I wish there was a way to be able to turn off calls on your mobile but only get them on the desktop, but still be able to have the app on your phone.

Pros

The interface is pretty simple, it's very easy to use and organize calls. Great customer support and great demo and onboarding process.

Cons

Sometimes I have issues connecting the microphone. Also when enabled on the browser, all numbers are highlighted in green on any web page and I have a hard time selecting and copying the number because when I click on it, it goes straight to Aircall. This feature cannot be disabled.

Pros

\- Aircall gives me freedom to take calls away from my desk. Using the forward to mobile feature I need not worry that i'll miss something important - Equally as advantageous, is the feature to track and monitor calls as well as set greetings. This ups the professionalism of the business to new heights. Customers can't believe that we're just a small office working out of Seattle. - My favorite feature by far is the ability to easily dial out and receive calls via the desktop app. This has really improved our business being able to easily communicate with outside contractors and investors around the world. This is the 21st century, and it's about time we're finally able to communicate like it.

Cons

\- As this does run on internet connection, calls can be a bit choppy if you don't have the best Wi-Fi. (Which has resulted in the app crashing a couple of times) - Compared to some other phone services this is a bit pricier because it charges per user.

Great price for the value of the software. Easy IVR process and my agents all trained on it to the point of proficiency in less than 1 hour.

Pros

Easy to set up, the pricing is way better than most VoiP providers, and the user interface is easy to use. The soft phones work really well and the call quality is as good as it was on our desk phones. They handled all of the number porting and even set up the user profiles for me. No outages to date.

Cons

The support is a little slow to respond, but any issues that I've had since using them haven't been seriously urgent.

We use Aircall for customer support, we like it as it's easy to use and we can have people choose between an English speaker and a French speaker agent, which is a must have in Canada.

Pros

I like the ease of use and the transfer call option.

Cons

I miss having the region from where people are calling showing up that we had on our previous call provider. Connection is sometimes unstable.

There is a 3 minimum user requirement, you can't use this software when you only have 1 user or else you will just have to deal with the 3 user payment.
