Does what it says on the tin. Perfectly reliable and ease of use. I use this in my everyday work to call clients all over the world. Works well to both make and receive calls.

I have to do a lot of calls so with aircall, the time that I spend doing this is lower than the time that I spend with regular calls.

Pros

What I like the most of aircall is that is easy to use. I just login and I´m ready to use it.

Cons

Most of the time I have to add a tag after every call that I do, and sometimes this take me a bit of time because not always there is a tag that match with the type of call that I did.

Aircall has made my business run smoothly. I can text and call from it.

Pros

This is an amazing product! It's easy to use and great for an office-less business. I work from home on my laptop and headphones. Aircall allows me to have multiple phone numbers in several different cities allowing my co-workers to have local numbers.d

Cons

I don't have anything bad to say about Aircall. The connection is strong and I rarely have an issue with it.

Ease of use and cross device connectivity. It is very easy to set up and use across my computer and phone, this means it is available anytime and anywhere

The connection to pipedrive is not great and the use of audio devices and the app sometimes does not work

### "Great for having Control over your calling list"

Pros

Aircall's most useful feature is being able to work systematically through a list with it's PowerDialer.

Cons

It's not always intuitive, and there are 2 specific examples of this. The only way to add a google sheets csv to the powerdialer is buy publishing it as a webpage which is inconvenient. Additionally, the moment someone hangs up - you can only add one disposition.

Pros

Easy to share recordings of calls and listen to playbacks. If you have the Chrome widget installed, it makes it easy to call people there and then, without clicking in and out of pages.

Cons

There is no warning when the net connection is bad and this can result in poor quality calls being made. As I work in sales, I always need a clear line to help build trust.

Used this for a while, but I didn't feel like paying a whole lot more when I started receiving more calls. Ended up switching to another provider because they offered a lot more options and minutes for a similar pricing model.

Easy to Use Support when I needed help

Not enough minutes/options for what I need to do Wasn't a fan of the pricing model.

I don't use as much now, I used to use it for all day long some time ago and we kept for a few areas but we are using another tool for inbound

Pros

In general, it works well. It's very easy to use. Also, it has a mobile app that works the same as computer software.

Cons

I wish it had local area codes to the destination numbers, that would make it easier for the leads answer the calls. Also, I wish the recording was separated by the person without having to filter it.

For a startup of less than 20, Aircall's features are really great. It's super easy to integrate for multiple people to use it in the same office. I work remotely sometimes and the ability to forward calls to my phone is perfect. Also, the app's aesthetics are superb and the UI is easy to navigate. The daily email that Aircall sends reminding me of any calls I need to follow up on is another great feature. It immediately alerts me of any calls that may have slipped my mind, and I appreciate that greatly. Overall, Aircall a quality communication product for a business that is constantly growing.

Pros

\- Ability to forward calls to my mobil device - User Interface - Crisp audio

Cons

\- Pressing "1" on my phone to answer an incoming call - The mobile app still have some issues: it has crashed on me a few times and hasn't connected on a handful of phone calls

Pros

Easy to utilize when handling clients foreign and domestic. Voicemail service is easily accessible. The clarity during my conversations has been flawless.

Cons

The main difficultly I experience is when I'm not in Wi-Fi zones. The app uses alot of data. So I try to utilize this app when on Wi-Fi or connected directly to the internet.

We have particularly enjoyed the fact that we can set-up new users in no time. Assigning them to numbers and voila! This gives you the ability to set up a de-centralized call center in minutes. Great addition to our company

Cons

The only two things to improve on is the depth of features compared to competitors. Consider your needs and do your homework before committing

The best feature is not dialing a phone number manually and having a recording to review.

Pros

The ease of use to not manually dial increases productivity and the integration to save on Salesforce.

Cons

Missed calls ring 1 time and drop immediately. Consistently a phone number is selected by right clicking and scrolling to Dial by AirCall rather than the "green phone" being clicked to dial.

Pros

The service is great as compared to the other similar services. I have used several others but the call quality is much better. The cost is similar to the other services .

The customer support is responsive when needed. They're frequently rolling out new updates and when there is a bug its fixed promptly. International calling is very simple and all around I think Aircall is among the best if not the best software's available.
