We use it as our regular phone and give the number to our customers and suppliers. It is easy to use and to manage. We had a great experience with the mac os app. The customer service is great, they answer to the phone quicly and help us when needed

Aircall helps me to have quality conversations with clients all over the world. I do not ever have an issue with Aircall!

Pros

Once you understand the functionality of Aircall, it is a great software that includes the desktop app and the mobile app. The quality of the calls is flawless. I also was able to document the call by adding notes. Aircall is able to sync with multiple third party applications like Saleforce, which is a big help.

Cons

When I initially started using Aircall, it was difficult to sync with Salesforce and use the software. Even now, I still have to manually add the number to log the call. It’s not a huge issue, but it is just inconvenient. Also, I have had some issues with the mobile app in the past, so I just use the desktop.

### "Software based phone system"

Pros

Aircall was really easy to setup, and the team were very helpful and forthcoming with information. They integrate really well with lots of different CRMs and that's where the most useful features of the system come into play. Being able to see who's calling, log that straight away in the software, and also have a quick link to click to view that customer/client information means the agent handling the call can in most cases respond much more quickly, and save the step searching for the customer's records.

Cons

It's quite expensive per user, almost twice the cost per user of our current physical phone system, and more expensive than other software phone providers. There also were some strange issues with the bluetooth streaming protocols forced on bluetooth headsets when using their app which hasn't been present in other similar apps that I trialed and tested.

The most : a lot of people can work simultaneously and there are no problem of "intercepting" other people calls, nice technoligical work indeed.

Pros

Very intuitive and easy to use software. Communications are good. The most : problems are almost inexistant !

Cons

Not much to say ! Some calls are sometimes not taken but it's 1 on a 1000. It's strategically negligible.

Pros

decent product. One of the better systems on the market.

Cons

I am not sure if this company is a scam or not. Any time I tried to reach out to their phone number or sales team to discuss purchasing their product I either got disconnected or no one showed up on the call. It is really too bad that they have such a bad sales process because my team really likes their product

Overall great experience. The sales rep was very patient as we went through the decision process. Training and onboarding was efficient too. Anything we needed and AirCall was there.

The program is not bad it does however have multiple kinks that need to be resolved.

Pros

Easy to connect to client and very clear sound.

Cons

When you need to place someone on hold for an extended period of time it makes it so you cannot return to the call and have to call the client all over again.

copy pass the phone number and see you calls by phone numbers or name. as well the app is really useful when you receive a call when you are not close by you PC

Cons

a bit long when you use the app to do some phoning the fact of the stand by to be able to enter a new number

Pros

I really like the apps both in MacOS and iOS. I love that I'm able to use Aircall seamlessly on both.

Cons

The initial setup was a bit hard, but it was alright once the team learned to use the app effectively.

Aircall allowed us to setup our business contact line in a few minutes, on our already existing devices Aircall's benefits for us were the following: - Call redirection: we are very often on the move, therefore we redirect our Aircall number to our mobile phones and stay reachable anywhere we go - Team collaboration: we share the Aircall's number among all team members and are able to receive and make calls alltogether at the same time. - Professional phone system: personnalized welcome message, voicemail etc. I would recommend it to other startups and SMBs.

We are a brazilian startup that is growing really fast and needed a flexible solution for telephone comunication. We found that Aircall fulfills all our needs cause it's easy to use and it's integrated with Zendesk and Pipedrive. They also have an awsome support team that's always available to help us with our doubts. We just have to expand our internet capacity, because sometimes we have problems with the calls. It's not a problem in Aircall, but we suggest that everyone that wants to use the service mind the internet capacity that is available. So we really recomend Aircall for anyone that is looking for this kind of solution!

Pros

It has all the features we need and the support team is amazing.

Cons

It's not so cheap for us because de brazilian currency is really undervalued now

Aircall is an easy way to make calls from anywhere with an internet connection. Love how I can easily have a network of calls that get routed between our different reps.

Cons

It is quite pricey, and I found some of the software to be a little buggy lately, but overall it's very user friendly.

We've used a host of virtual phone systems in the past, but recently made the switch to AirCall for good. Our businesses requires international phone numbers for incoming calls, excellent and stable call quality for outgoing calls, custom voicemail, call transfers and call forwarding. AirCall provides all of this in a wonderfully designed and simple package. There's no hardware, so my team can create virtual offices from anywhere in the world. Give AirCall a try, you won't be disappointed.

Customer Service (by phone, chat, or email), quick purchase of new phone numbers, call quality/stability, call transfer between team members, call forwarding feature, no hardware

Cons

Better reporting for the premium plan would help smaller businesses

Pros

It's great software to use while calling out from a computer. It is easy to use and integrates well with most CRMs.

Cons

The version I use doesn't allow text (I'm guessing that's an upgrade) and at times it's difficult to navigate the platform.

Cons

Sometimes calls experience trouble in the establishment and the tool is down and can't be used, otherwise all good :)
