### "A tool with tremendous value at a modest cost"

Pros

I love that Aircall offers my company the ability to sound like a full sized professional services company. Phone calls are everything at my business, I match people skills with businesses and it's extremely important to keep constant communication between all parties. Aircall lets me keep that constant communication whether i'm at the office, on my computer, or even need to switch phones. The parity of the service of a whole is an extreme value for the cost.

Cons

The mobile app interface definitely isn't my favorite, however as Apps come, it's likely they will be improving that in the near future. The functionality is all there, just the UI/UX and layout of everything isn't the most appealing. Hardly a reason not to try Aircall out though.

Pros

Aircall is easy of use, so as a Customer Service Manager, I really appreciate its simplicity as the learning curve is very fast for new team members.

Cons

When I use the phone app, my airpods don't always sync properly

### "Using AirCall"

The product was very easy to setup both on the web and with the app. While we had a problem with the initial install, but within one minute I was talking to a knowledgeable person and he help me correct the problem quickly. It does all the major functions that we need for a small company call center.

Pros

Its great at call forwarding to a group of people and has worked well as our primary call center. It is also very affordable

Cons

The company has not been around for long, but with this great product we think they will be able to support us for a long time.

We were reviewing VoIP options and me really, really wanted to like this one. We ultimately went with something else but if you have a small-medium sized company this should meet all of your needs. It has an attractive interface and has very favorable pricing for what it is if you have a small team of 3-5 people.

Pros

I really liked the analytics tools. If you are looking for something to enhance your sales and marketing tools I would say that is the single most useful thing. It also offers integration with Slack and I imagine more features are on the way.

Simple and easy to use and has a seamless integration to Pipedrive

Cons

Their pricing is high and unreasonable. Their billing department charged my account for licenses I didn't use and now I'm asking for a refund. The sad part is that I didn't notice they've been doing that for many months now on my account.

I would suggest to everyone who is in the sales industry

Pros

I am a sales person and aircall's call quality is brilliant..no cracking up like hubspot..no bad line, delays..just a clear sound...is like when you see blur and suddenly you use contact lenses!! I was using hubspot for so long and their signal is really bad..i cant do sales when people cant hear me or i have to repeat myself 3 times...

Cons

At the moment i dont have issues as being a recent user aswell

I like that it is easy to use and navigate. It's also easy to find recorded calls if you need to go back and listen for something.

Cons

We frequently have issues with call quality and dropped calls. It has been a little better since we started opening in Chrome rather than through the app.

I was disappointed to learn that setting up a call route to include forwarding to an answering service isn't an option which seems fairly basic to me. I was also disappointed that SMS isn't an option.

Pros

I like the idea of how open and accessible their API is. This will be a great software once we've scaled and grown to a larger sized company.

Cons

For a small business with limited resources, Aircall is pretty basic in its functionality in terms of communication channels and even features.

Not a lot of cons about this particular app. Its very simple, and easy to use. Which is great! But it doesn't offer any other features.

I found out about Aircall from ProductHunt and weighed it against RingCentral and Grasshopper and was happy with Aircalls features for our startup and how responsive their support team is.

Pros

Mac app makes calls and management easy on computer. Also integrates with Slack, CRM's, Zendesk and API access.

Cons

If you're a large enterprise I'm not sure if it's a total fit... but with their API integrations perhaps it is. We aren't enterprise so not an issue for us.

The con would most likely be that you need to open another app and not have it directly integrated in your messaging software.

Pros

The product is super easy to use and very simple. I don't really encounter any problems while using AirCall.

Cons

Sometimes the call drops, but it could be a WiFi related issue. I feel like there could be an easier way to add the contacts details (such as having a caller ID function of some sort with the customers name)

Great way for localizing your phone support. We added a Brazilian phone number in seconds and can easily offer phone support with our international team.

Pros

Easy setup Great control of voicemail setups, putting someone on hold, forwarding calls in the weekend,...

Cons

When answering a call you still have to press "1" to actually accept the call. This delays the process and I had a phone where it didn't even work, so had to change phones.
