Pros

The app is basic and good for what you want it to do. It is very easy to use and effective. Setting it up is super easy and effective. The Mobile App is very easy to use and effective as well.

Cons

The only thing that could be improved is that sometimes the phone app sometimes logs off without you knowing about it and that means that you might miss a call if you are not around your PC.

Overall experience has been great- the product works very reliably

Pros

Best part is you can integrate withHubspot CRM so that you can skip manual tracking and the call recording option helps anyone in the company listen to the previous calls with CRM's help to get the context.

Cons

It would be great if aircall has some features on sales intelligence incorporated- like transcripts, battlecards

Pros

The ease of use, ability to take notes during a call and docuement who calls in. Also the ability to tag phone numbers.

Cons

When I have my headset plugged in I was unable to change the default settings back to my computer microphone. When I would answer calls without my headset the clients couldn't hear me. I ended up having to just disconnect my headset.

We've got integration with PipeDrive, wich is our "tracker" for customer journey. The possibility of listening after and tagging the call makes sense for us.

Pros

The main thing is that it works,and it works well. It it very intuitive and you don't need to train anyone to use it, it is easy and simple.

Cons

The absence of metrics for the calls. We can only do that in a qualitative way.

I had a good experience and this software is perfect for a small team, but do wish this month could have been refunded since we haven't been using the software and there's still a lot of time left (I actually haven't used the software all of last month either - so it's a big chunk of money). Note: It's totally my fault for not cancelling in time, so they are in the right for not canceling service for remainder of the month and reversing the charge.

Pros

It's easy to use and makes keeping track of things much more efficient. Really appreciate how exported reports include a link to individual recordings in the last column.

Cons

Other tools have more reporting options, but this one has everything you need.

We had some problems with our phone system. The Aircall emerged as a solution to this problem, yet we are satisfied with app performance. The diary of missed calls and voicemail report helped us to have a closer contact with our clients and always meet their demands.

Pros

App easy to install and use, support in Portuguese, fast attendance for support.

Cons

The desktop application still does not work properly.

Aircall is a great phone system. It never drops my calls and always forwards incoming calls to the appropriate person. The mobile app has made a huge improvement on my workflow. Not only can I view all of the activity that has taken place with all of our Aircall numbers, but I can also make outgoing calls from the app. This is a huge help because it allows me to make international calls at no extra cost. Love it!

I've been using Aircall for a few months for work now on the sales team and it works well for my purposes. Great for easy international calls without having to look up country codes, love that I get email notifications for voicemails, and calls route to my phone seamlessly. Minor issues with quality during some calls, but prob more to do with a poor internet connection than the Aircall app. For the most part, voip is very clear. Would call myself a light user, but would definitely recommend to teams looking for this kind of solution. Only complaint is I would really like them to create an iPhone app so I can dial out from my phone. Otherwise, thanks Aircall!

Primary use: Aircall enables our team to handle support-related phone calls easily. We can easily set it up a tree to have the calls forwarded to one teammate first, or have the calls directed to all our phones or desktop apps at once. Super easy to set up and easy to use. Some unique pros: + Set open hours and a unique message for customers who call off-hours + Voicemails and clear "follow-ups" history visible for you + Individual team members can have their own extensions if you'd like to have set up individual business phone numbers so customers can reach you directly after you've had an initial conversation + ZenDesk integration has been really helpful for us to keep conversations together + Frequent updates provide improvements + Super responsive support from the Aircall team + Amazingly reasonable price for what it offers! Can't say enough about this great app!

We use it for our customer care, in a team of 5 people. We had a great experience with the online app. It does connect with our Customer Care tool, but still need some adjustments on our side to use the AirCall API.

Pros

We had a great service with AirCall Team. Many great functions. The app is very easy to use.

Cons

Lacks a windows version for the moment.

Pros

Aircall is easy to download on both your computer and phone. You can also upload and integrate contacts from other platforms.

Cons

The user interface is lacking in coherency and with out good internet connection or headphones, call quality drops a lot.

Aircall is really a perfect app to call and receive calls with high quality! We use it since these last months and it's a real asset to our customer service because we have a lot of calls every day and it was important for us to have a reliable and serious tool. Then we really like to have a product who is regularly updated with new features.

Pros

I feel like Aircall is great for people who only need a phone system. The interface is pretty straightforward and easy to use, and you can track analytics too!

Cons

Other softwares already have this capability (i.e. Skype) including international calling. Why not choose them instead?

Pros

The overall sound/audio is good and I like the fact that you can call everywhere without it being so difficult. You can also have a single account but multiple users based in different offices which facilitates things a lot.

Cons

I don't think there's anything I didn't like at all, it reminds me a bit of Skype.

Pros

Nothing. It's a terrible product with terrible service/support.

Cons

1) Their service and customer service is rubbish. Every single call was poor quality. 2) Their apps don't work properly. 2) Their pricing is deceptive. You're charged way more than what you agree to.
