We are a team working remotely from all over the world. At the beginning, communication was an issue and Skype didn't answer our need. Aircall is great help to manage phone calls and support wherever we are with very good audio quality.

Pros

Customer Live call from the computer by clicking and the phone number support.

Pros

This software has the ability to merge with many CRMs. It is widely recognized and used by many companies such as uber, vice etc. It allows obtaining phone numbers in over 40 companies and one can even manage these numbers to remove the irrelevant users. Analytics features helps to improve the performance.

Cons

The customer support can be a little better. If there were more resources on how to use this application, it could have helped a lot.

Pros

A pretty decent phone system that can route multiple numbers simultaneously.

Cons

A little laggy even on a brand new Macbook Air. You can hear the phone ring without being able to answer immediately if you have other windows open.

I like the simplicity and funcitonality of Aircall. The power-dial function is a great add to the over-all experience.

Cons

I wanted to have a two way-integration with our CRM, this was one of the reasons we didn't chose Aircall

Cons

Turning on the chrome extensions, every number on my pages are converted to phone numbers.

Rapidez , eficacia y buena calidad, no es un software que me cause problemas, estoy bastante contenta por trabajar con este sistema.

Cons

No tengo contras para este software, la verdad que solo una vez se quedó pillado el sistema, pero nunca me ha dado problemas en todos estos meses que lo llevo utilizando.

Before Aircall, providing support and prospecting in 18 languages was a nightmare. As Green-acres is an international property website, we were doomed to the installation and never ending configuration of our own Asterisk server... With Aircall, we created each new lines in a few clicks and in less than a minute. Our sales team located a bit everywhere in the world just needed to plug their usb headset on their computer and ensure to use Google Chrome as browser. Voilà ! Migration of our legacy phone numbers to Aircall requested 2 weeks but was still easy. Bad point : Their invoices are still hardly understandable, but I was impressed by the commitment of the CEO to ensure I was receiving the needed clarification.

Cons

Pour utiliser AirCall, il faut une connexion internet stable pour assurer des performances optimales lors des appels. C'est pas trop pratiques quand la connexion bug !

Aircall is a great call-app for compagnies looking for an easy to use application to use on a professional basis. The iPhone app (still beta but works great) as well as the Mac-app are crisp and clear and very user-friendly. On top of that the customer support is great and serves as icing on the cake of the well priced Aircall.

Pros

Their customer support is awesome. Within moment you will get a reply and your issue will be fixed. Transferring/assigning calls to your colleagues is a must have feature and it works good.

Cons

Still being developed. But the pace the guys are developing at is great so no worries there.

Cons

The price is really steep per user and you get almost no data in return. Can't tell you cost per phone call until end of month Their integration with Pipedrive works very badly.

We transitioned over to AirCall to help our Business Development team track their conversations and share data. We were able to create phone numbers for each employee on the fly and it was a breeze to set up. The collaborative features and the ability to cascade calls across the team was huge. Members of our team work remotely sometimes and AirCall fits perfectly on the go. Of course we use and adore Slack so AirCall's integration is spot on. We are now transitioning our support team over to AirCall and ditching our overpriced phone lines. Customer service has always friendly and helpful from the start.
