After have struggled with various different phone systems for years we decided to give Aircall a go. We have not looked back ever since. It just works! It's really easy to set up and get going. The interface is sleek and gives you a good overview of what's going on and it's easy to learn. We have clients all over the world so the fact that you can create local phone numbers from one single application is ace. It was also really easy to integrate Aircall with our excisting helpdesk, in our case Zendesk and also our CRM. I highly recommend Aircall to anyone looking to up their company's customer service performance.

Can't recommend Aircall enough. Inbound & outbound calls were loud and clear. No connectivity issues. Minimal effort to configure app to company need's and get started quickly. Very slick, minimal design. CC members were extremely knowledgable, patient and friendly. I contacted them over the phone and through the internal chat feature. First issue regarding a new number was resolved the following day. Source of second issue regarding dropped calls was found and resolved over the phone. The ability to call their customer care team with the click of a button is particularly useful. Highly Recommended!

I use Aircall daily for my prospection in the UK. It is quite useful and very easy of use. I had tried with Skype enterprise but it was tough and long to install and not that flexible.

Pros

Ease of use Quickly installed Good quality sound

Cons

Sometimes there can be a small gap between words and sounds, but it is sporadic.

I have been using Aircall for all my office phone calls and honestly it has been really convenient! The app is very reliable and lets me know right away when there is an update or if there is an issue/bug that is being fixed. I love the constant updates and new things they have added! The e-mails received when something new is added and a "how to" introduction is super helpful as well! I also really like that I can use Aircall when I work from home and do not have to worry about using my personal phone or running out of battery!! Thank you! =\]

Aircall is really pleasant to use, it is a real improvment for our professional use here in our company. It makes it more easy to manage calls of our clients and to forward it.

Pros

It is really easy to follow up our clients call, so we do not miss any of it anymore, and clients like it!

Cons

Sometime the app collapse, it is the only small problem we get, and it get fixed instantly by relaunching the app!

Pros

Easy to use app to manage incoming calls, easy to transfer and answer calls at a decent pace rather than making the customer hold and potentially get disconnected

Cons

Pricing is a little expensive, not sure if the cost per month improves our service enough to make the money for the company.

I have been using AirCall for a few months now and I would like to say it is a pretty neat app. It is a very good bargain for the money and I highly recommend it to everyone who need this kind of service.

Pros

Easy, cheap, works pretty well, multiple accounts

Cons

Sometimes the connection is not perfect but it works great for most of the time :)

Pros

Aircall has a great UX, like that they also have a desktop app and webapp, good integrations as well.

Cons

Honestly, Aircall is quite expensive for what it is. You can easily use Grasshopper or Telzio, or any other phone provider for a much cheaper price.

Air call is relatively easy to use and the analytics provided some great insight into call stats and performance

The mobile app interface could do with some work to make it more user friendly- also the per user price is a little high so when scaling up can become pricy

Pros

The sound quality is usually excellent. The occasional bad connection can be resolved by disconnecting and calling again. The interface is simple and easy to use.

Cons

When the sound quality is breaking up it can be very unpleasant.

Very easy to use and in five min you can get a whole international phone platform. It loads automatically different phone numbers from anywhere in the country and you can assign those numbers to team members. The quality of the call is usually good, you can access to their api to link it to your platform or any other.

So far, Aircall has been great. I love how easy and instinctive it is to use, and so far it's been both reliable and useful. Though it's lacking a few features I really want (separate dial tone and hold music for callers!), overall it's been a great experience.
