### "Easy to get up and running"

Pros

This product is very simple and easy to use compared to our previous call center software. I had everything configured for testing within a few days. Their API was easy to use for some extra automation. Their pricing model is very simple and fluid to change along with change of volume or other business needs.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features were limited being it was a relatively new product however while we have had the product, aircall continually is implementing new features and improvements.

Mauvaise expérience. Deception : promesse au-dessus du produit. Perte de temps et d'argent. Je recommande plutôt d'aller vers Brevo Conversations ou Ringover

Pros

L'outil est simple à utiliser. Les intégrations sont faciles à mettre en place. L'équipe onboarding est de qualité.

Cons

L'outil n'est pas très poussé en termes de fonctionnalité VOIP par rapport à la concurrence. En même temps, les tarifs d'Aircall sont exorbitants comparés à ceux de leurs concurrents, sans justification apparente pour cette différence de prix. La valeur du produit ne justifie pas du tout les montants dépensés - aucune flexibilité à ce sujet.

I enjoy the user-friendly interface & reliable call quality and also how easy it is to set up and customize call flows and integrations with other tools, such as Zendesk.

Cons

We have found the pricing to be higher than expected, especially for additional features or users.

### "A must-have product"

A must-have program for a company. I love calls can be recorded because that helps a lot to remember what a client said or requested. Easy to install and understand how it works. Because you can also install Aircall in your phone, you can keep working out of office with the same advanteges than being in the office.

Pros

Easy to install in your laptop and your phone, you dont need to give your personal number to workers, just aircall number and you can choose when people can call you or not.

Cons

Nothing special, all are advantages, nothing to say.

### "Overall amazing!"

Aircall has been amazing, from the Support guys to the Customer Satisfaction team.

Pros

The most important part of Aircall is that we're able to sync the contacts between our different phone lines and add the contact during the calls or afterward. This feature has helped us make things easier for the agents that answer calls every single day of the week.

Cons

The only con that I have found from Aircall is the fact that you're not able to use the phone numbers to send or receive text messages. As a Roofing Company, some users choose not to call but to text or email us and the fact that there is no way to check text messages or send them.

Because Aircall does not require fiber optics connection to handle inbound/outbound calling, they offer a wide platform support for IOS, Android, Windows and MAC apps to be installed so if you're out on the move or in office or even at home you can work from any device in reach.

Calltools never worked for us, we never got the dialer and script features working and the support team took hours if not days to get back to us or even to close a ticket. Also they made us install third party dialers to use their calling services which was not convenient because they use a complete CRM and that made us move forward.

Overall, Aircall has delivered the telephony solution our company needed, albeit slightly less satisfactory than we would've liked. For the price, it's one of the more expensive options and I would expect that it deliver on helpful features.

Pros

The UI is easy and intuitive enough that I trust my non-tech savvy teammates to be able to easily co-administer. Their support is also top notch; any time I'm experiencing an issue, their support team quickly delivers an answer/solution within 1 business day.

Cons

For telephony solution, it's missing some essential features such as bulk update (the use case that is a constant pain point is company holidays, which at present require that I manually change the business hours and voice message for each line instead of being able to schedule these changes on a line-by-line basis).

Aircall is extremely simple to utilize. It just should be designed once. It is so natural to investigate for sound issues and loads quick, which I appreciate about Aircall. I once utilized a softphone that heaps for 30 minutes, which was depleting.

Cons

I love everything about Aircall. Perhaps an idea from me is to further develop how phone calls function. I would likely need it more clear and, if conceivable, to leave the call when I'm not required any longer.

### "Cost Effective but Feature Poor"

Fine. Aircall is a softphone service that will allow you to make calls, but not much beyond that. If you're looking for a starter service to make and take sales calls, then you can do worse than AirCall, but know that there are more feature-rich options out there.

Pros

The best thing about Aircall is its ease of use and pricing. It's one of the less-expensive soft phone providers on the market, and it's extremely easy to get in and assign numbers and teams. The call quality is also pretty good for what you're paying.

Cons

There's not much of a solution for local presence. Our use case requires calling across the United States and Canada, and in order to reach leads effectively we need to use area codes that they recognize. This is certainly achievable, but it requires a lot of legwork on your part - purchasing numbers in the areas you want to reach and manually switching before calling. I've also run into a few integration issues that no one can seem to help me with.

The ability to either be or not be on call irrespective of where you are. Integration moving from different devices, ie.e laptop, tablet or PC.Would be lost without it.

Pros

The product is very easy to use. Straight forward from the get go.You will be up and running right out of the box.

Cons

The searching of the history could be better. i.e. search by different groups of the same number, link numbers of the same organisation. Extensions, mobile phones etc

### "Good calling software for a small team with a supporting app for business on the go"

Positive experience as a whole as it was seamless to get our agents trained on the new software. However, the customer support and billing functionality / control can definitely improve

Pros

Quite simple interface that allowed our agents to get up and running in less than a week.

Cons

The customer service support is quite appalling and it can be hard to get an answer to change account details or correct billing issues.

We love the ease of access for this software. That goes from the user end & the admin end!

Cons

There are still glitches with the mobile app.You can't round robin calls for distribution.You can't video call teammates.Aircall doesn't pop out an alert on the Front app when a call is coming in.

### "Decent Product, Very Poor Customer Care"

Product is fine, customer care was not helpful when it came to billing issues.

Pros

It was a calling system. There was a little set up, the cost was pretty high for the basic functionality that we had.

Cons

The software itself was fine, but we had a very unfortunate experience with customer care. We stopped using the system and requested a cancellation. Then, we were charged. A refund was requested and we didn't hear anything back for weeks. Then, when we finally heard back we were told to use their billing ticketing system to which we had no access to. Then, when I pointed out that we weren't able to use the billing ticketing system we were told to get in touch with our AE, who we didn't know existed. We heard nothing back for another several days. Then, finally, we got a one line response that said 'Sorry, we can't do anything about the refund that you requested.' This experience was very frustrating, and I'm still trying to work with somebody at Aircall to get a proper response and explanation.

I like the product itself and the possibility to make integrations to the my website under Shopify. Also hhe desktop client works really well as an endpoint for presence and call handling.

Pros

AirCall es una herramienta muy útil para comunicarte con los compañeros de trabajo siempre que ejerzas tu puesto laboral de manera remota. Lo suelo usar diariamente y funciona bastante bien, tiene actualizaciones que van mejorando el sistema y dando solución a los posibles errores que puedan surgir. Además, su equipo suele lanzar Webinars donde puedes conocer más sobre este software así como descubrir las nuevas opciones y actualizaciones que van introduciendo.

Cons

Por citar algún punto negativo de este software, diría que a veces la conexión con internet no se realiza correctamente, impidiendo contestar alguna llamada o que esta se termine cortando. Pero en general, siempre suele funcionar a la perfección.

Good experience in general. You can grow your numbers and quality of calls a lot by using Aircall. It's a tool on which your team can have a quick preview of your call and contact management. They also have an app and an extention, which is just great.

Pros

The recording feature is amazing to learn from each other's call. Trainings are made perfect with them. Aircall is also good to have an overview of all the calls you had with a user. They also allow you to sent text to some countries, and it's great. You can also check all performances from your company dashboard. You can decide of the cascade of who can answer first, etc. Just great !

Cons

Sometimes the quality of the calls are not good. We are working from a place where internet is not really stable. We always have to optimize everything on screen if we are making calls.

Overall, aircall does what I need it to do but I would not say it is the best phone system on the market.

Pros

It is easy to use and it is an ideal bit of kit for maybe a new business starting out - It is good because it integrates with the ticketing system we use so we can integrate calls into our other platform which helps when call listening

Cons

Reporting is not great and not always accurate. From a reporting perspective it lags. I have used other phone suppliers in different companies in the past and this is not the best one.
