### "Great Call App!"

It's been a while since we moved from our former call system to Aircall and by now I must say we don't regret it! It is simple to set up and use. A good thing that I love about it is the edition of the calls, contacts, etc and the fact that you can transfer the calls both to your colleagues and your own cell phone. If anytime we have had any kind of problem, Aircall has a very efficient and kind Customer Help team. They treat you in a very personal way and I must say this is a fact I value very much. The only problems we have rarely found are some cuts when picking up the phone and some problems of incompatibility with our headphones, but also in this case we have had the all the support from the Aircall team. I definitely recommend this app to any person/company!

Pros

This product is easy to use. It makes my job more comfortable.

Cons

Sometimes , I loose the connection my user appears in grey colour and I don't receive incoming calls . I don't know the reason

Pros

Having used similar software before, I was impressed with how much simpler and easier Aircall was. The layout/design is pretty straightforward and sleek and the quality is right up there with the best. If call quality is important in your field, then this is the right product for you.

Cons

Ease of use and setup, it is important that these things make your job easier and not harder and this product is doing the right things.

Pros

easy to use, great pricing as well get a real value for money. The customer support is also very responsive and quick to solve any issues. The support team and account managers are more than happy to do anything to make using the software an easy and somewhat enjoyable experience. The power dallier feature is by far the best component.

Cons

have to have a minimum of three users to start off with .

Pros

The software is easy to use and doesn't require a lot of efforts to learn how to use it. Onboarding was smooth and every question was answered effectively. In addition, it's very comfortable to manage process flow of phone and assign responsible teams or team members.

Cons

The only feature I am missing is more flexibility on recordings. As my team works using the same phone number, there is no possibility to make individual phone call recordings accessible. It can be accessed by all or only by admins (it would be nice that user who handled the phone call could have such functionality).

We are software startup targeting k-12 education with a team of approx 20. Our new client onboarding team and support team are one in the same, and we needed a way to be reached by phone without providing personal cell phone numbers. We are primarily using Aircall for customer support calls, and also wanted a way to add the calls to the help tickets in Intercom. Of the providers we were considering, Aircall was the only one which offered an Intercom integration. The user interface is easy enough to navigate. Using a quality USB headset is important. Adequate internet speed is also critical to call quality/stability.

Pros

Intercom integration. Simple UI.

Cons

I do wish there was a way to add phone extensions to contacts.

I have had a good experience with Aircall in these couple of months. Call quality is cool. The app for android has improved a lot since the first time that I used it. I love it because I can now receive calls directly to the app and I can also forward them to any phone number, if needed. Customer support response time is very short and I am really satisfied because of the solution to my problems. They are very polite and are always willing to help. That´s attractive for customers in general. Make the customer always feel as part of the family.

Pros

\-Make & Receive calls through the app. -Forward to phones feature -Great customer support

Cons

\-Cannot play with some settings through the app. That´s it!

Pros

This product is very easy to use and allow us to manage our international communication systems. We were able to integrate phone systems in a very lean manner, using our existing devices (laptops, iPhones) and we were able to connect with clients and business partners from all over the world, using local phone numbers.

Cons

So far I am very happy with this software, I haven't had the need yet, but maybe having Android app might be beneficial to some users.

I was paying a high price for a service that I could not customize and could not make calls from my cell. My only regret is I didn't make the switch sooner!

Pros

I love that Aircall was incredibly fast and easy to implement. I am able to change all the settings myself without spending HOURS on the phone with a support team. The phone quality is superb. I love that I can call customers on my cell phone and it looks like it is coming from the office phone; this makes it super easy to make calls from anywhere.

Cons

I wish there was a fax service also available.

Pros

We recently switched from Toky, and overall Aircall has been much better in terms of call quality It's easier to use and the desktop app for calling is better as well

Cons

The only reason I'm writing this review is because they have a ridiculous pricing ceiling on their Essentials plan, where you can't show the dashboard of calls in your local timezone (everything is set to UTC). This completely screws up the calls reports, as we don't know how many calls were made on which day. I was told by support that I need to upgrade to show the dashboard in my own timezone.

We moved all our staff to working from home and needed a way to have the same functionality with our remote workers as we had in our office with extensions, hunt groups etc.

Pros

The desktop client works really well as an endpoint for presence and call handling.

Cons

The "IVR" flow is pretty limited in its functionality but it was sufficient for our basic needs.

RingCentral was expensive and very hard to configure!

The only thing good about aircall is that it's cheaper than some of the competitors out there I think.

Cons

Everything is terrible. Tons of bugs, call quality is terrible, their customer service is non existent.

Pros

Easy to use CCaaS. You can set up Aircall in few minutes (software part) and onboard Agents easily. Basic useful features, really great for Small businesses.

Cons

Hardware part : Aircall Teams are not the best to setup that kind of stuff. Call quality was really bad, I hope they improved their QOS. Lack of features for advanced call centers

We changed from a basic landline service to Aircall. It is simple to set up and use. This is the first time that I have used a VOIP and being able to change from using one phone number to another at the click of a button is very helpful. I haven't had any problems with the app so far so I haven't had to contact the customer support team, but you do get very short polite messages from their support team every now and again, just making sure that you are not having any problems with their service. A nice feature which I would like to see added to the app would be a basic reporting system. Being able to see who is making the calls and who they're calling is a great feature of the app but I think that they could take it forward one step and add in a reporting aspect.

Pros

It's extremely user friendly. Very easy to set up. The quality of the calls internationally is top notch.

Cons

The band width when using the head set is much higher than when using the phone and as a result the line can be muffled or even drop out from time to time. That's more down to the high volume usage of our own lines.

Pros

I love that we have the option to work with small markets like the Baltics and Central European clients. Aircall enables us to have numbers in all of those countries. Setting up Aircall was a breeze, the support has been there for us to make sure that all of our setup is enabling the best use case. It was easy to teach employees to use this app and make it a part of our daily routine.

Cons

The con of Aircall for us is that I have to manually download contacts from Intercom to upload them to the contact list in Aircall.

Pros

Very simple and easy to use. Our team utilizes Aircall for our 2 support lines, which integrate into the HelpDesk tool. Desktop application and Web interface is both very intuitive

Cons

The funtion that allows you to block a number that is spam is super easy on the Web Interface, but is not accessible on the desktop app, which would be nice to have on that as well.
