Pros

Pros

Native Salesforce integration: This is, by far, one of Aircall's biggest strengths. The integration with Salesforce is seamless and powerful: calls are automatically logged in the corresponding contact or lead records, call recordings and notes are directly attached to Salesforce activities, and our sales team can initiate calls directly from Salesforce with a single click (Click-to-Dial). This has drastically reduced manual data entry and improved CRM data accuracy. Getting started was incredibly fast — numbers can be provisioned in just a few clicks, and onboarding new team members takes minutes, not days. VR, call routing, business hours, shared inboxes, call tagging, and analytics provide everything a growing team needs to manage calls professionally.

Cons

The analytics are good, but more advanced and customizable reports would be a welcome addition Occasionally, we've experienced minor call quality issues (echo, latency, or dropped calls), especially on weaker internet connections.

### "4 months later still can't text! Avoid at all costs!"

Aircall couldn't deliver on their service promised.  4 months later I still can't text after going back and forth with their support team fixing the supposed issue.  They kept blaming it on upstream provider and giving new reasons why I can't text, I would fix them wait forever only to be denied texting again.  This went on for over 3 months with about 5 exchanges back and forth until I had enough and asked to cancel.   When I go to cancel they basically said too bad, you signed a year long contract and have continued to charge me even though I ported all my phone numbers back to old service provider.  I run a sales organization and lost a lot of business because my reps couldn't text customers.  What a waste of time and energy and not to mention 5 months of charges (over $2,000). DO NOT GO WITH THIS PHONE PROVIDER!!!

Pros

Price was cheaper than my previous provider so I took a chance on migrating after we had some staff downsized.

Cons

Support was awful they couldn't get me texting after 4 months of back and forth and I finally gave up after losing a ton of money. Pipedrive integration not as advertised.

Had a great experience as we used to use another system before where we had to type in each number manually. Now it is much quicker with click to dial.

Pros

Its so easy to use! We use it regularly at our job role and the ability to click a button next to each phone number saves so much time! Particularly useful when using click to dial and VOIP dialling.

Cons

Sometimes it can take a while to load and that can slow you down. But on the whole its very quick!

### "Could be good but failed to be 100% up & running. "

Useful in terms of time spent calling. Not at all useful when it came to time spent trying to fix data errors and then when it stopped working entirely.

Pros

You can run through cold calls quickly, send sms ,leave voicemails etc. I could power through 100 calls a lot faster than when I used my CRM native calling.

Cons

It stopped working after the first day of using it. I also found that it was not 100percent accurate with data on my crm.

### "I had a poor experience with Aircall"

Overall I did not like my experience with aircall and felt it was very poor.

Cons

Overall my experience with Aircall has been very negative. Initially I was switching over from RingCentral simply for the feature that allows me to have a chrome-extension in order to easily call/text customers via our shopify dashboard. In the process I had a hard time porting over the phone numbers. It was usually very difficult to get basic tasks like the phone number to work, and reaching customer service help was tough. Not to mention the steep price tag. I also managed to pay for "AI convo summaries" which I never was able to work with. I then realized that ring central offers exactly what I was hoping for all along and quickly switched back. Now I'm having an incredibly hard time cancelling. When I was signing up, the sales rep promised that I can cancel anytime and when I asked for that in writing he declined but said he would be able to cancel on my behalf if ever needed. I was directly lied to and manipulated when signing up, that should have been a warning to begin with. Avoid this company at all costs as there are much better options out there for much cheaper (Ring Central). I am writing this review because it is likely the ony way management will even look into my case and give me some sort of reply.

It is a good and smooth experience overall. All features needed are readily available. It is also very easy to use.

Pros

Aircall is very easy to use and is very user friendly. It allows us to use it via app or via web. Authentication and login is is very secured only the user can use their credentials. Easy to make outbound and inbound and outbound calls due to the user-friendly interface. Call features are also very reliable especially when switching multiple phone numbers. Whenever issues arise, getting client support is also very reliable on the website.

Cons

Aircall does not have the feature to recall your frequently used speaker and microphone device and you have to select it every time you login.

Usage of phone numbers not very flexible (cant be easily re-assigned or changed), so whenever expanding or having a different local setup, routing is required

We are very happy with Aircall. The only slight issues come with contacting customer support which can sometimes take some time.

Pros

Integrates well with other software. Helpful to have a separate app for Android. Uses AI to help create custom messages and responses. Fast onboarding and setup process.

Cons

It can take quite a long time to get a response from customer support if you have an issue.

I worked with Aircall for a few months as a CSM, calling from Poland to the UK and USA. It was mostly pleasant, as the sound was crisp, there was an app, and I was able to use it easily even tho I didnt have any previous experience with tools like that.

Easy to manage and assign regions/numbers to a person The analytics is very extensive but not available separately now (or on lower plans) Desktop app

Interruptions - while using the same number at the same time, sometimes calla were dropped Requires a lot of help from Aircall to be set up (but they are helpful) as small configuration options impact the ringing lenght etc SMS interface a bit clunky, doesnt recognize landline unless the SMS has already been sent

It was incredibly simple to use. Literally log in … credential … short tutorial and you're up and running ... easily scalable quickly and to the masses. Very fast learning curve = Aircall was the least time consuming aspect of my nearly 2 week self guided onboarding/orientation

Cons

Almost too simple... although easy to use right out of the proverbial box the software at times seemed a little elementary and childish with underwhelming features that seem easy to knock of out the park. I feel t his could have been a result of amazon's attempted to easy their way into the logistics sector despite quietly being the forefront this whole time.

We started by using the 14 day free trial which was extended for an additional week upon request. The free trial was impressive and we very quickly saw the value of Aircall and what it would bring to our outbound sales. The integration was extremely simple, with full tracking available through our CRM. Call quality is very good, their can be issues at times when bandwidth or connectivity slows down. Aircall increased our call hit rate and the ability to switch outbound numbers at no cost has also been very valuable.

Pros

Integration was quick and easy. Adding users and new outbound numbers is simple and efficient. Good calling quality and excellent customer support.

Cons

It is not customizable meaning that certain specific customizations are not possible or available, for example the ability to pre-record a message to leave automatically when receiving a voice mail.

### "Not Terrible, but Not Gamechanging"

My overall experience with Aircall is neutral. I wouldn't recommend it, but I wouldn't steer someone else away from using it. It has good qualities and bad qualities, like most tools...but the good definitely don't outweigh the bad. While it is very easy to use and has some helpful features and automations, it doesn't always work. When it does, it's great. But I have encountered too many functional problems to recommend this tool with confidence. However, I have used worse before, so I wouldn't discourage someone from trying it out. It's not overly expensive, therefor the value isn't terrible, which is why I wouldn't discourage people from trying it out. I've yet to use a better internet based phone service, but they have all had serious flaws, including Aircall. However, for the times it has worked well, it's fantastic, so that does count for something in my book.

Pros

What I've liked most about Aircall is it's level of integration with our CRM (HubSpot) and it's ability to be used across multiple devices with easy access. I use Aircall on my work computer, personal computer, and smartphone. The controls are quite easy, it's very user friendly, and it does record data (call logs, recordings, etc) consistently across all of my different devices. It's also integrated very well with my company's CRM, HubSpot. The calls translate well to our contact or company page associated with the number, it will automatically creat a new contact in HubSpot when dialing a new number, and it stores recordings and what happened on the call quite accurately in our CRM. It's been a nice tool, on this front.

Cons

What I've like least about Aircall is the reliability. It has not been an overly reliable phone system. It freezes often, has audio connectivity problems, and usually, if it freezes, just closing and reopening the application the application isn't enough to get it working again. Both myself and my coworkers have had to completely restart our computers to get Aircall to work again after encountering a glitch. Not only does this interrupt productivity, but it can also be challenging because we are evaluated, often, on the number of dials we make. Aircall's inconsistency can create problems regarding our ability to hit our number of dials goal. It is not a very reliable, consistent tool.

Our experience with Aircall, a VoIP company, was nothing short of a disaster. After paying $10,000 for an account that we never got to use due to a delay in training and porting of numbers, we were left without the service we needed and with no way to recover our funds.We were told that we'd have features we requested to find out after signing the contract, that these were features they'd possibly have down the road and not something they had at the moment.Training kept getting pushed back due to changes that would have to be made to the account to attempt to have it work for our company, to find that we couldn't get the account to where we needed, so we canceled the port. We never got to use AirCall, yet we were charged $10,000 and were almost charged ANOTHER $10,000 since it was about to be our 2nd month after signing the contract due to the pushbacks of training and porting.We canceled the contract as soon as possible to avoid getting charged again, but we were told there was no way they could refund the original amount due to company policy.Aircall essentially stole our money, leaving us empty-handed and without the service we paid for. We want to protect companies from Aircall preying on their misfortune. After setting up over 20+ software for our company, we have never experienced something like this before.We strongly caution anyone considering Aircall as their VoIP provider. Where do we begin? Aircall has been nothing but a headache for us. PRODUCT: - Quality call is SO poor. To the point we just gave up on using the application. Calls would drop out and our customers would complain they could not hear us at all. There would be at least a 2 second delay in calls, the lag was atrocious. Whenever we took this issue up with Aircall it was blamed on our internet. The speed tests they made us do proved our internet was perfectly fine. We use our internet for video calling daily and never have an issue. We have now been using Ring Central, which is also dependent on internet, and according to our users the difference is aboslutely shocking. We have not experienced any call quality issues with them, and they have a really good analytics section showing us the quality of each call. Unlike Aircall, where we had to submit a ticket for every single call that had an issue, and the response we got everytime was that it was our internet problem. - The mobile app lacks so many features. To answer a call you must answer through the aircall app. On ringcentral, if a call comes through on our phone, we can answer straight away through ringcentral without needing to press onto the app. - The dashboard had so many glitches. It could not even display the correct time we were making calls. I took this up multiple times with support and for weeks was told it was still being fixed. Integration with our CRM just did not work, our contacts never showed up on our dash

Pros

It is easy to use, effective. I like the recording part more, as it gives me a great chance to monitor my CMSs' calls and make the needed improvements, develop phone call quality guidelines to reach out to the Joomag quality support.

Cons

Customer support, as it takes pretty long to receive the needed assistance.

We are calling and texting.

Pros

The layout.It is compact and you can get all the features in one place.

Cons

The message section is not at all helpful in sorting the text.There are 2 options in the HISTORY section.i) Calls and ii) MessagesThe calls section has the Filter Option enabled, which allows sorting by date, teammates, call type, number, and tags.ii) MessagesThis section gets greyed out hence you are not able to search.I deal with different Clients, and the tool has no option to sort the text as it does on calls

Great platform to use if you have an in-house sales team selling & interacting with customers across the globe.

Pros

The ease of use with Aircall has helped us move from regular phone calls (across multiple devices) to handling everything on a platform. Helped us keep track of every call and the notes for us to refer back to in times of need. The recording quality is incredible, we leverage this for our internal training and audit activities. The CRM integrations provided are top-notch and save a lot of time for every user.

Cons

The pricing is on the higher side compared to the rest of the tools that offer similar features. The mobile app is not as user-friendly as the web app, there is a lot of scope for improvement.

### "Deceptive business practices. Non-existant support. "

Pros

Looks good on the surface, but they employ incredibly deceptive business practices with respect to phone numbers purchases.

Cons

Their support is non-existent, and incompetent. Only their sales team will pick up a call. Been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks since they disconnected a primary business line we purchased through them and no human will return emails/calls. Stay far far away from this deceptive business.
