The software is comprehensive, stable and user friendly. After switching from an over-priced, outdated system from another supplier, this has been a breath of fresh air and has filled us with confidence in our operations going forwards. Customer care is second to none

Seems to be the best software decision we've made after a nightmare with the last one. Customer care is second to none, the product is super user friendly and so far, runs faultlessly with our various eCommerce platforms

Cons

Nothing so far, the software operates stably and fits our business profile really nicely and we don't regret moving to Stokly one bit

overall positive, there has been some bugs and pain points but everything seems to get rectified in the end.

Easy to use stock system, fast response times to tickets & a intuitive User interface. as well as having POS apps

Cons

Some issues with syncing inventory on scanners that we come across occasionally but we have figured out a workaround

Good overall experience, the system manages small to large workloads very well. Makes it simple to allocate stock via multiple channels

Pros

User Interface, easy to navigate regardless of inventory stock size. Can manage creative stock intake as well as multiple location allocations.

Cons

Occasional issues with integration i.e. with Zebra Scanners. Can have problems with adding, moving and subtracting stocks only via scanners.

Stok.ly is working well for us but it would be better if it was more apple phone friendly for example if there was an app for apple phones.

Pros

I like how easy it is to carry out inventory tasks and how I'm able to see all the stock at ease in one place.

Cons

I don't like how it doesn’t update a adjustment when I've just updated the inventory count. If it could update straight away that would be great.

Pros

How easy it is to find the product I am looking for, clear instructions on the site. Makes my job easier and very helpful for the company especially with its inventory management and its customer support.

Pros

The platform is versatile and caters for all our ecommerce needs. Working alongside our shopify store, it is our backbone for supporting inventory management and order management. The customer support is also 2nd to none, the team are responsive and able to implement solutions where needed to suit our requirements and needs.

Cons

No major issues. Any problems are quickly resolved by the support team who are readily available and in constant communication.

I am very pleased with Stock.ly as a whole. We moved from a very out-of-date system last year, and as soon as we got Stock.ly, it was completely streamlining the way our business functions, incorporating the warehouse and brick and mortar shop, squashing so many prior problems.

Pros

Stok.ly have created a really user-friendly platform that ensures everyone in the business can learn and use this in there day to day job, incorporating all areas of the business from our shop staff to our warehouse staff. It has easy integration across all the platforms we use, allowing us to manage stock in 2 locations, all drawing from the same warehouse. This really revolutionised the way our staff pick products, eliminating the need for paper, pen and clipboard faff. The great order management allows us to seamlessly process our orders across various platforms such as our website, eBay and Amazon, ensuring there are no stock clashes. The customer support is fantastic and is always helping us with any questions we need answered.

Cons

As great as all the integration is with Stok.ly, my only minor issue is the lack of integration with TikTok shop, meaning I have to manually place orders, which isn't the most detrimental issue in the world, however, it is a minor inconvenience

They were great with trying to resolve the teething issues and overall the system has saved us time and given us a more professional image. It is user friendly too.

Pros

It streamlined our sales and stock processes so that it saved us time picking and packing orders. Stock counts are now in real time so all our sales channels are up to date. MOTO and shop sales are much quicker.

Cons

It took a while to get it up and running the way we wanted it. Connectivity to more card processing merchants would be good. They don't allow for a loyalty scheme to be set up either at POS

Stok.ly revolutionised our inventory management. before stok.ly we didnt have real control, but these days, all the team work from the same system and our inventory is accurate. goods in is quick with handhleds and our shopify is always up to date. we probably save 1 employee having stok.ly so it pays for itself

Pros

the software is used every day for purchasing, managing inventory instore and online and handling the flow of goods from warehouse through to replenishing in store

Cons

not much tbh, ePos occasionally needs a reset but that is minimal fuss and sometimes the handhled, but they are very minor issues and quick to fix

The best so far. We've used several third party software providers and stok.ly seems to be the best by far. They offer a good solid product, responsive if something goes wrong and they are good value for money.

Pros

In our experience Stok.ly is a great all round system offering good value for money and good customer support. Is it the finished article? No, but it's getting there.

Cons

Occasionally support can seem slow and agents don't give their names so that you can check with them directly how a resolve is going. You can occasionally get "radio silence" and then you need to reach out to somebody else.

Before Stok.ly, we used paper and simple spreadsheets, which were difficult. Now, everything is in one place. The customer service is great. They are very fast at fixing any issues, which is very important for us.

Pros

I like that the program is very fast. When we sell something on eBay or Amazon, the stock updates everywhere straight away. The stock app is easy to use in the warehouse, and it makes our work much quicker.

Cons

There are many buttons and settings to learn at the start, but it gets easier after a few days. Sometimes the program freezes or has a small problem. But when I tell the support team, they usually fix it on the same day.

Easy to use and quick. Sales history is easy to access. I have now learned it's quirks, which are few.

Pros

I have a small but multi-channel business. Stok.ly is one of the few that can efficiently handle all of them in one sales order management package. The ability to handle product bundles for my products is one of the best pros.

Cons

The lack of a dashboard. A loyalty scheme would be good for future development. The reporting is basically just csv files, which always causes a headache with VAT return

Very good - we are happy that we have moved to stok.ly. The process couldnt have gone more smoothly. Very friendly staff always on standby with any questions we had along the way.

Pros

The efficiency during setup, it was so easy and very straight forward. When ever we can across a hurdle the team were there to fix it and explain fully why. It is very easy to use and navigate.

Cons

Nothing, everything is daunting at first when switching across for something you have used for years and years but honestly we cant find any faults.

Our experience with Stok.ly has been very positive to date. The onboarding process has been smooth, the team has been supportive and easy to work with, and the system appears versatile and user-friendly. We’re looking forward to going live and making full use of the platform.

Pros

Although we haven’t gone live yet, our experience with Stok.ly so far has been really positive. The team has been easy to talk to, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the setup process. The software itself appears incredibly versatile, and the interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even during the early learning stages. At this point, we honestly haven’t come across any downsides. That said, we also haven’t run into any issues yet, so we can’t comment on how problems are handled, but first impressions on support have been great.

Cons

So far, we haven’t come across anything we dislike. As we haven’t gone live yet, our experience has mainly been with implementation and initial setup, which have both been smooth.

Excellent from the start. Having used other sytems in the past we find Stok.ly to be second to none and would 100% recommend.

Pros

User friendly system which also allows us to integrate products online easily too. Great value for money and customer support.

Cons

Haven't really experienced anything negative from Stok.ly. Being a small business we don't really use a lot of the features Stok.ly provides.

Stokly have been great very helpful quick to reply with problems and happy to help with any extraordinary requests

We have been using Stokly for nearly 3 years and can confidently say they have reduced our dispatching errors by at least 50%, reduced stock being unavailable by at least 30% and have been very helpful developing features that have enabled us to streamline how we use our stock

Overall, the system is great, its better than our previous system, makes our lifes easy, all of our data is in one place. I would recoemend anyone to get on board with Stok.ly, if your thinking about it, do it! They have helped implemented new things for us that we asked for, which is always good. Shipping orders is easy quick and returns are handled in a simple manner. Every staff member knows what to do, and it makes our customer service 10x better.

Pros

Stok.ly is easy to use it enables you to have all your inventory in one place, Rules are run in the background to run picking and fulfilment, and it just makes our life easier. All of our sales channels come into one place, which allows direct inventory to them, and stock feeds from our suppliers enable us not to oversell a product.

Cons

Customer support is not the best, But it has got 10x better in the past few months. Issues have just taken longer to fix then it should have. Over the past few months issues have got fixed quickly, so hopefully thats something moving in the right direction. I feel that sometimes things are complicated with processes, and this could be made a lot simpler.

Been using Stokly for a few years now, it has hugely changed the stock management of our business, made booking out and dispatching a lot quicker, better ease of stock management and generally a much nicer system to use.

Pros

Stokly is fast, reliable and very user friendly. The way we can push products to our sales channels almost instantly is a big thing for our business.

Nothing to not really like, its a great product and very easy to use, any issues quickly dealt with.

We have been with Stok.ly over 18 months and cant imagine our business without it. We moved to Stok.ly from the dreaded Cloud Commerce Pro, after several periods of downtime we made the decision to move and it was the best move we could have made. It has improved most aspects of the business on the IT, including adding additional sales channels, automated shipping and price alterations. We have had very few issues with the system and any problems have been resolved very quickly. When looking for a new system we looked at several different systems and it came down to Orderwise and Stok.ly. Stok.ly offered the best overall package for the best value for money. The stock app has made our picking and packing team a lot more efficient and we now have very few stock discrepancies. We are now processing sales orders faster than ever and the system allowed us to send more parcels than ever in 2025. We would definitely recommend Stok.ly to any retail, wholesale or manufacturing business that needs / wants proper inventory control and automation on a large scale.

Pros

Customer Support is very good, from the very first day of onboarding to now. every aspect of the system is easy to use and unlike alot of systems. Stok.ly are always improving with new functions.

Cons

There are currently no cons to the system that are worth mentioning. With computer based system there always glitches but these are fixed quickly.

Pros

We have gone from a pen and paper warehouse to a completely digital system that has streamlined our business immensely. The customer support has been superb since the day we onboarded with Stok.ly and we continue to build a great relationship with the team. We use Stok.ly daily in our warehouse and have found a number of features to now be invaluable. The ease of integration is incredible and has streamlined tasks within our business ten fold.
