For the past few months customers are experiencing error messages for; time-outs, session-locks, couldn't reach the service, and booking failed. Throughout this period no progress has been made to resolve the service issues.

For the past few months customers are experiencing error messages for; time-outs, session-locks, couldn't reach the service, and booking failed. Throughout this period no progress has been made to resolve the service issues.

Cons

Failure to resolve service problems. Access to the Brims Active service, as a user it takes many attempts to make a class booking, taking around 8 or 9 minutes.
