Fantastic product with a great team behind it. I have used Grid for over two years now and couldn't operate without it at this point.

Pros

A very flexible software to capture or display anything you think of, yet still clean and intuitive. Connects with several of my other software products we use. Support is always very responsive.

Cons

It does exactly what I need it to do. No issues in the 2 years of use. The team is great and the help second as answered my questions several times.

Grid has become a part of our organization, and all our processes are seamlessly being run on Grid. My overall experience has been really good.

Pros

Grid has a very simple to develop and use interface, but most complex processes can be designed on grid easily. What I like most about Grid is its ability to capture and visualize any given process in my business. My remote field sales team, as well as the inventory team, are simultaneously being run grid, and I do not have to multiple softwares now.

Cons

I haven't found any glitches yet. Customer support remains there if there has been any problem.

It's is definitely a very useful tool to manage daily data management making it both eco friendly cause of the elimination of paper and ease of reporting because of the dashboard system..

Pros

It's user friendly and mostly non cumbersome

Cons

Would be more helpful if it can be used offline as well cause network issues at workplaces sometimes makes it difficult to use.

Using Grid made it easy to analyze data and evaluate it over various time periods in the form of numbers, graphs, tables, etc.It truly makes management and building of operations much more efficient and easyIt offers data collection offline which is very useful in remote locations

Cons

Adapting to a new process takes time but we have received a lot of support from the team to make the transition seamless.
