Pros Was easy to set up and is a quick and efficient solution for posting Amazon transactions into XERO. Works seamlessly. Cons Nothing comes to mind. I'm very happy with the software. It's a new business so I can't afford to pay anyone to help me yet. That makes this software excellent for me as it is easy to use, inexpensive and the support from LMB was fab when needed. Cons Can't think of anything that I don't like about this software. I did have a problem once, but I used the online chat feature and was given help without a problem. Reason for choosing Link My Books I can't remember. But I am usually quite thorough when choosing anything, so I would have compared and looked at reviews. Pros Very simply, easy to use - one less headache!! Cons If you have daily disbursements there is a lot of clicking and waiting when you send the transactions to you accountancy software.... Regarding the clicking and waiting to send settlements, check out out Automation feature in the Settlement Settings menu - then you won't need to click again, it will just work on autopilot. March 3, 2021 5.0 We automate everything, this was another extension to our drive for automation and following the very quick set up, its quietly got on with doing what it is supposed to. We've had no issues at all with it and found it much easier to use than other similar products. Pros \* Simple and straightforward to setup \* Fully automated, no need to do anything \* Amazon payments and charges sensibly split in to accounts in Xero Cons The only negative thing I can say is that it's so hands-off, once configured, I kind of forget its there! This has enabled us to automate a monthly task from several hours down to just a few minutes, which allows our admin team to be productive on other areas during that extra time. Set up was easy, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was on hand with any queries I had, he also send a personalised video tutorial to help with my set up. It is now saving me hours on bookkeeping. It didn't "take over" Xero like many others seemed to want to. It just injected the invoices in and allowed me to carry on with Xero as I always had. Queries were answered quickly with a personal, respectful, response from somebody who really knew their stuff. Cons I feel like these could have been more guidance with regard to the tax rates for each category. Other than "check with an accountant".
