Calconic captures all the relevant data required, and gives the website visitors an instant quote without having to call or email. This is so handy for all our clients, as now, the only leads that come through are leads that are most likely going to purchase. Life with Calconic is a breeze compared to before we realised Calconic exists!! Cons There are a few things that Calconic are missing (i.e. postcode verification, ensuring that a contact number or email is entered before getting a quote, send a copy of the order information to the user as well) but at the price that Calconic charges, you really can't find many negatives. Integrated on our website and on emails, bot work great. Pros Integration with existing processes & platforms was incredibly easy, and the price-range is fantastic. Building of the calculators is relatively simple, though the formula-editor can sometimes be clumsy to use. Visual customization of the end-product is simple to use and attractive, though quite limited. Cons Some oddities with the editing of the UI view, e.g. very limited editing possibilities with email-reviews sent to end users. Formula-editor can sometimes clear an entire formula. Cons Graphically it could be a little more cutting edge. Pros The interface is very simple for basic calculator needs, which enabled us to get live with a tool on our website very quickly. Cons Although simple, the interface is fairly limited, and we had to make a few sacrifices to the final implementation due to this. They shouldn't be in business if they can't interact professionally. Pros App looks pretty slick and is a bit buggy, which is fine, but literally intently rude support who I think may actually be the developer/owner based on the way the spoke with us. No support = can't use the product. Cons After being repeatedly ignored, I opened a new chat window and the original rep took that chat, asked for someone else and they blocked me from using their support chat. Horrible experience. Pros i like the software because it is easy to use, lot of features, useful for my domain... integration on my website Cons there is not to much options for payment, just stripe and paypal (visa/mastercard) i use it from Belgium where 99% of the users/clients use Bancontact/Maestro, so it is not so useful the payment option, because they can not pay in the end. Cons Sometimes things can be finicky with the responsiveness and formatting. Always have to look at the mobile and tablet layouts to address calculators that move from L to R which is annoying. I was trying to create a calculator that had a large number of permutations, so the formulas were not straightforward and it was probably way beyond my ability for a first-timer. Mantas from Calconic was absolutely first class and helped me way beyond what I could ever expect. For every issue I had, Mamtas was there to guide and help with the formulas. I can highly recommend.
