Wonderful support - a lot of patience, help in any case, immediate support for unexpected problems. Just perfect customer experience. We're waiting for next innovate functionalities.

Pros

If you are looking for a tool that will be easy to administer and everyday use - this is just for you. The software allows you to manage ticket sales and customers at an advanced level. You don't have to be an advanced user to do this - the system is user-friendly, stable and modern. If you have your own front-end developer you can do whatever you want.

Cons

The system allows full personalization of ticket sales. You really need a few moments to learn all its possibilities - at first it may seem complicated, but after a while you appreciate all these possibilities. It's hard to find another cons.

With Roboticket, we have been successfully cooperating since 2015, we can see how the system develops and we can recommend it to all those who want to efficiently handle sale by cash and sale via internet.

Pros

The reporting system is very well thought out. We have at our disposal at least 20 various reports. Graphical (bar chart with division into period, size and sales channel) is very convenient for people who have seen this for the first time. The new functionality „Transaction Tracking” can be used for tracking of active transactions: with the division into statuses, payment methods, dates and transaction owners.

Cons

I do not see at this moment. There is nothing about the new software that I dislike

From small clubs to Champions League participants - Roboticket facilitates all aspects of ticketing operations. Even for inexperienced users it provides thorough and easy to understand features.

Pros

Flexible in its use and changes are developed super fast. Roboticket reflects state-of-the-art ticketing for sports clubs that want to be independent from old-fashioned companies. That includes: total data ownership, customization and digital distribution.

Cons

Not too much to mention here. At the beginning, we had to put more effort into translating the whole tool into our market's language.

Pros

The main advantage of this software is a multitude of options, that makes this product very flexible. This makes it possible for you to customize the product to your individual needs.

Cons

At the beginning this software seems to be a little bit complicated in terms of configuration. However it's easy to learn the basics and after few weeks you can working without problems.

I would highly recommend.

Pros

This ticketing system is really "smart" - it's intuitive, there is nothing superfluous. Being able to manage this system saves a huge amount of time. Three the most important and useful tools for me: 1. easy reporting system to manage a sale 2. loyalties programs to boosting a sale 3. mobile app, easy in use to buy a ticket and get into the stadium using barcode

Cons

None really. Can't wait to see what comes next.

Pros

Buying a ticket is very simple and fast. Access to your account and tickets via the website has always worked without any problems. The website looks nice and intuitive.

Cons

I do not know if this is a matter of GSM coverage or the page itself, but the page on the mobile device works a little slower than on a computer.
