The team is eager to learn about our use cases and have been great at accepting and implementing feedback.

Pros

\- API documentation is excellent - APIs are very robust and cover all the primary use cases; it's also very easy to use with their SDK - The support team is very responsive and has been working closely with us - Great support for a sandbox/test environment

Cons

The application status webhook is all or nothing. We only need to monitor specific fields, such as the application status, but the webhook sends a very large payload. Some applications are so big that our hosting provider refused the call.

Overall, my experience with DigiFi has been positive. The platform provides a solid digital loan origination framework with strong automation capabilities that streamline credit decisioning and borrower workflows. While there are areas where configuration complexity and reporting visibility could be improved, DigiFi is a capable and scalable solution that supports efficient operations and regulatory-aware lending processes.

Pros

The end-to-end digital loan origination workflow is well structured and intuitive. Automation of credit decisioning, document collection, and borrower communication helps reduce manual effort and improves turnaround time. The platform is flexible enough to support different loan products and underwriting rules, which is valuable from an operational and compliance standpoint. Once you get the hang of it, it is very intuitive. Every recommendation, they are willing to take it, analize it and implement it as soon as possible.

Cons

The main limitation is around immediate, out-of-the-box visualization. Native reporting and dashboards could be more robust for real-time operational visibility. While API access makes it possible to build a custom data layer and configure reporting as needed, this requires additional effort and external tooling rather than being readily available within the platform.

DigiFi has been great to work with, we started using the services as a small pilot program and have decided to expand our usage to other areas.

Pros

The DigiFi team, their support and service are awesome. No project or idea is too complex and if they run into any potential roadblocks they always present us with well thought out options or alternatives.

Cons

This is kind of nitpicky because I don't really have anything else. While we can integrate with Snowflake to pull in internal data elements. I wish that Snowflake integrations could be managed within the platform so that changes to queries or adding new integrations could be completed internally.

We've been working with them for a long time and they have been absolutely critical to our success and ability to serve our end customers. Their platform is incredibly flexible and allows us to originate loans quicker and more efficiently while maintaining stringent underwriting criteria.

Pros

Incredibly powerful and flexible. Able to meet our compliance needs and our tech needs and way beyond. Easy interface for loan originators and API native allows us to add features that are specific to our individual use case.

Cons

Hard to find anything to dislike. We've been with them for three years now and the product is continually improving. Often times we will ask their support "hey do you have XYZ feature" and on the rare occasion they don't, it is added in 3-6 months.

Pros

Digifi is a robust solution with a fresh, modern interface. The organization, tools and flows are all very intuitive and flexible.

Cons

Pricing is competitive, but minimum seat/entry point is a bit high for smaller operators.
