Pros

As a customer, my experience with BotPenguin has been great so far. The chatbot is quick to respond and provides accurate information, making it easy for me to get the answers I need. I appreciate that I can interact with the chatbot at any time, as it saves me the hassle of having to wait for a human representative to be available. Additionally, the chatbot is easy to navigate and the user interface is straightforward, allowing me to find the information I need quickly and efficiently. Overall, I would definitely recommend BotPenguin to other customers looking for a convenient and efficient way to get their questions answered.

We are using BotPenguin for our facebook bots, responding to Facebook messages automatically. Currently handling millions of messages on a monthly basis and really great product. Also, we have provided much feedback and they changed so many things to better our product and services. We have also used other services but this best we found to hand.

Pros

B2B customer service and product feature available. Price for money. Very rich with bots offerings.

Cons

I like everything and can't fault anything really. Just the UI can be improved I think.
