### "Great business tool!"

It creates efficiency in uploading mass data into QuickBooks, uploads through the system cut so much time on data entry so other tasks can be handled.

Pros

It provides ease to uploading excel files into QuickBooks with the proper mapping and cuts down time from performing manual time entry.

Cons

It takes a little while for the system to ensure that the mapping is correct between systems. Other than that I haven't had many issues with it.

It's very helpful to upload heavy transaction line items.

Cons

We can't add "Place of Supply" in the sales receipts which is mandatory to generate our GSTR3B report monthly. Pls suggest somebody if this facility is there.

I was actually setting up a new QB company for a client and was able to import invoices etc for the current year. It worked very well.

Pros

Software works. It is able to transfer transactions into Quickbooks accurately.

Cons

Customer service is not so good. I should be able to email/chat/call online for support

### "Seamless integration into Shopify,Amazon and Quickbooks"

Pros

We have been using Transaction Pro for years to compliment our line of integration products and services. Transaction pro has given us the ability to auto import data from popular platforms such as Shopify and Amazon to Quickbooks Desktop and now Quickbooks online. We also use the Data Export features to push QB data back to these platforms as well. Transaction pro has given us the ability to make this process easy.

Cons

No major concerns so far. Sometimes, there are restrictions due to security firewalls but asking help from the customer service teams helps overcome that.

Its preventing us from manually entering deposits into QuickBooks. We work with business who have millions of dollars in deposits.

Fairly easy to set up and works smoothly with importing deposits into QuickBooks

Limitless functionality and capabilities User Interface is easy to pick up Overall the experience is great

Cons

Subscription Based model lacks the ability to use the software only once. Some of the needs Transaction pro offers are only used once but it requires you to use a monthly subscription. Errors in upload not specified

### "Made Spreadsheet Imports a Breeze"

I cut checks for quite a few subcontractors weekly and there time is sent on an excel spreadsheet. Software allows me to import spreadsheet directly into Qbooks. This saves time and cuts down on data entry mistakes.

Pros

Ease of use, ensures everything is imported correctly. Gives choices for what type of import you're trying to accomplish and guides you thru what data needs to be in each column.

Cons

Initial setup took a little while but that was probably more due to me being new to importing spreadsheets into Qbooks.

Pros

I downloaded the Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter tool specifically to import payment transactions into QuickBooks. The tool dramatically reduced work time by automatically uploading the payment transactions directly to each customer.

Cons

I have only used the tool for one feature which worked perfectly so I do not have any cons.

It is a great experience, experts are helpful for answering questions.

Pros

It is easy to import massive data, bank recs and credit card recs. In addition, it can import month-end journal entries in a few mins as long as it is set up correctly.

Cons

If the bill payment matching option can be launch it would be great. For example, bills, and payments can be imported together and mark off as paid into the stated account.

What I most like is all about the easy interface with QBO, the easy way to use, the all of video tutorials that YouTube has about it and how easy is to make changes when you do a mistake.

I do not have any Cons by now, until now just one of all of my accounting companies use it and all may experience has been nice.

Pros

We use Transaction Pro to import 2-3 page invoices into QBO. This can be a laborious task, and after setting up our Excel templates, it only a minute.

Cons

Sometimes after we import our file we cannot get to the Home page readily so we have to exit out and restart.

Pros

We unfortunately wasted $300 on this product as it wouldn't even map or products properly so had to find another solution.

They will not provide any refund and support expects you to troubleshoot the issues.

The biggest benefit is the amount of time it saves me. I cannot even describe the efficiency it brings to my business & I love the ease of use & user interface.

Pros

This software is a must for my business! They have all the templates ready, the “next sheet” feature is incredibly efficient & this software saves me HOURS of labor every week. MUST HAVE!!!

Cons

I wish I was able to subscribe for my bookkeeping business and then use it in each of my clients accounts instead of having to have separate subscriptions for every client.
