Due to poor customer service, we will opt for an alternate product. Pros Ability to import data from one platform to another. Works with Quickbooks (but some fields do not import correctly). Time saver (if issues resolved)! Cons Some data fields do not match properly during import. Main issue is with customer service. It you need assistance you will not receive it in a timely manner. Conversion clients are common in my world and this is the only tool I've found capable of carrying transaction level details across platforms. Cons Sometimes when requesting paid phone support, it can take a few days to get your appointment. This can be inconvenient, but is always worth the wait. April 12, 2019 1.0 We are trying to move time and expenses to QB, but it's not been a smooth process at all. Pros It occasionally moves things over to QB correctly. Cons It takes a very long time to transfer info, after 90 days the customer service is non-existent, the content received in QB is not correct and must be manually changed (which takes hours or days.) Pros Easy to use and fairly quick to upload data. Cons Sometimes the upload doesn't work and has to be resubmitted. Limitations in defining the upload file or the download fields to use. Pros I like how easy it is to use and the fact that you can import hundreds of journals in a matter of minutes Cons The only thing that I dislike is not being able to reverse an import file once it has been imported. Pros I had a major clean up for a QBO client and this software made the transaction/conversion easy with the import tool features as well as the delete transaction feature. Saved a ton of time. Pros Easy to use once it's set up and saves a huge amount of time by getting transactions into Quickbooks quickly and accurately with the right amount of detail. You choose exactly which rows and columns in your spreadsheet you wish to import; you don't need a specific spreadsheet template. Cons Initially difficult to allow a different person in the company to use the software. (i.e. to transfer the user). I thought it would be much easier to learn. Pros Email support is quick and helpful. I got this software for importing credit card transactions, I have not been able to figure it out with out alot of help. So my suggestion is to make it more user-friendly,. Video support doesn't cover what I have to do. Cons Difficult to learn, not enough video support.
