It has given us a couple of great candidates that have been successful in the role, which is a great outcome.

Pros

I like how it reaches different platforms, without the time consumed by individually putting the adverts on each site. It also has a good Step by Step process, that we can put our candidates in at each stage of the recruitment process.

Cons

Sometimes it can be difficult to get the direct support straight away, if needed
