Thoroughly enjoying the seamless integration of this system.

Pros

A standalone cloud-based system that can be set up within hours and start accepting orders. Customer support is super fast and accurate.

Cons

The overwhelming appearance of the software can be intimidating for beginners.

The staff is very very very good. Specially \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. This company is the best i have ever seen. I was waiting from October for this product to sync with square in Australia and in January, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] helped me to get this.

Pros

The Bot stuff is Awesome.... I'm using it from two weeks now and it is The Best

Cons

When my phone screen is off, and someone placed an order, I'm not getting the notification tone unless i open my phone and refresh the page. When my store gets busy it gets hard to check orders every 5 mins. My preparation takes 5-10 mins and by the time i check again, the customer is here and i haven't checked the order yet. But Hats off to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. He helped me the way he could for hours and hours. He went his way out to help me. He's the best helpdesk person ever.

I really love these services as one of the best social media selling system, perfect to use it with Facebook, but with Youtube still needs more improvements​
