Very easy to use, very affordable. The owner has been very good to deal with when there was issues or questions. Pros Binbooker is Easy to use & an affordable product ! Cons It would be nice if there was an option to put a hold on a credit card directly on the APP and it would be nice if there was more options to add some pictures and more details on the first page of the website. It is better than emails and old excel sheets, the website has always remained up, no problems with stripe integration, we honestly have no complaints. Pros This software has everything we need. The simple fact that this is the most economical software on the market with more features than most others that cost 10x more is huge. Without BinBooker I would be stuck behind an excel spreadsheet until we have 50+ bins. This software shows where all our bins are located, there is an easy-to-use portal for all our drivers to bring up on their cell phones. We can attach scale tickets, pictures, anything to each order. No training is necessary, everything is super intuitive. Cons There was a single feature that we really needed, I spoke to the BinBooker team about it, and for us, this single issue was a deal breaker. The team came back a week later and it was added. So, my only con has turned into a pro. I had to really think about this question, but honestly, the issues that we have had, all have been addressed, furthermore, the issues that we had were very specific to our company and I really don't think anyone else would need this proprietary feature anyways. Switched from [Microsoft Excel](https://www.capterra.com/p/176574/Excel/) Managing many bins with Excel will make your mind explode. Reasons for choosing BinBooker While searching for bin booker, I made a list of around 100 different pieces of software. I called them all, I had demos with most of them. My goal was to find the most cost effective, easiest to use software solution out there. Bin Booker was the only choice by far. We have virtually zero data entry. It has fully automated our bin booking software. Out times on phone have decreased drastically. We find out customers enjoy booking at leisure. I was surprised at how many customers book bins out of general operating hours. Support has been great, and the software is always improving Cons Expense tracking and receipt uploading would be great on a per customer basis. If you're not already accepting online reservations I would highly recommend it! Pros It's brought in business that we probably would not have booked if we didn't have it. Cons There really is no downside to using BinBooker except that it doesn't integrate directly with our accounting software so we need to spend a little time reconciling payments but definately not a big deal.
