I signed up for the annual plan, realized within 24 hours that I'd made a mistake, and immediately requested a refund. Ranktracker flat-out refused, hiding behind anti-consumer fine print instead of basic fairness. Paying a full year’s fee for something I can’t use feels like daylight robbery. Their CEO was dismissive, their policies inflexible, and the whole experience left me feeling cheated. Avoid Ranktracker at all costs. There are plenty of tools that value their customers more than their cancellation clauses. Pros Absolutely nothing. I would most like to be able to get a refund (requested within 24 hours, mind you), for a whole year's subscription, which they refuse based on anti-consumer practices. Terrible. I was really impressed with this tool when I first got it—so much so that I even purchased add-ons. However, since last year, a permanent “Upgrade to Proceed” banner has made it unusable. I reached out to support, and they assured me it would be fixed, but nothing has changed. Forcing lifetime deal users to pay again is unfair and misleading. Disappointing experience. Pros It was really good when I just got this software. Cons I think their business practices as tarnished their reputation for me. After contacting Rantracker customer service, who told me they would look into the problem, no solution has been found. The only proposal made by Rantracker is to subscribe to their technical support to solve my problem. Although this tool meets my expectations, I do not recommend Ranktracker, which makes no effort to resolve my problem in order to access the SEO tools. I am very disappointed by their attitude towards their first customers who believed in them. Unfortunately, at the end of 2022, they abruptly blocked my account saying that I had to pay $82 per year to their support to get my access back. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue by reaching out to Ranktracker Support, my access to the tool remains inactive. I just lost my money and my time. Hope that other people will NOT enter into their game. Pros Globally, I really appreciated the ease of use of the tool and its SEO features. Il fallait prendre un support obligatoire du prix d'un abonnement, le support est inexistant. Cette condition n'était pas dite lors de l'achat. La société n'a pas tenu ses engagements.
