After contacting Rantracker customer service, who told me they would look into the problem, no solution has been found. The only proposal made by Rantracker is to subscribe to their technical support to solve my problem. Although this tool meets my expectations, I do not recommend Ranktracker, which makes no effort to resolve my problem in order to access the SEO tools. This situation is not ethical or professional, they want to force me to buy a subscription when I have a lifetime license. I have been contacting Ranktracker support for over a month to report this situation and the only feedback I have is an automatic response from support saying that they will analyze the situation and then respond, so far I have not received any further response.
