The developer has a roadmap in place that shows a lot of features due to be added soon so exciting times are ahead for this tool. Pros I wasn't looking for just a rank tracker, but also something that can find me keywords from search and competitors. It also shows me keyword difficulty which is a real gem. You can create audit reports with a custom coversheet to tailor fit your clients. Cons It does lack a page loading speed metric for websites on the audit. It would be good to have a manual credit top-up feature for those busy months. Provides daily keyword crawling without any mistakes or calculations The system provides recommendations for SEO errors in a professional manner You can check which keywords your site is in Google results without guessing Cons The system scans only 100 pages Unable to see backlinks from my sites and competitors The system divides the amount of keywords by locations / mobile / desktop and more For example: Purchasing 1000 keywords is considered 500 keywords if you want to scan on a mobile and a stationary computer. This is very disappointing because this option greatly limits the user and causes the customer to purchase a larger package! Pros The set up was really easy and it took less than 15 minutes plus the UI/UX has a simple clean look to it. For keyword tracking it does its job plus more. Cons I wish the SEO tools went more in depth as to breaking down the website analytics and errors much better. Also with no live support it is kind of annoying at times, they have the chat button on the help page but it does not work. Pros I enjoy especially the value that I get out of this tool compared to many other "industry leader tools". Ranktracker certainly isn't the "best" one out there, as the tool is still quite young, but it's certainly what I myself was looking to get when I got my subscription. RT has all the core functionalities of a great SEO tool that I could wish to have at this price point and even more, and I trust that I will see even more positive development on its features. Cons This is actually quite hard question to answer, as Ranktracker has more or less all the core SEO features that I am looking to use, but if I "had to" mention something, I guess it would be to have the keyword difficulties always up-to-date so I wouldn't have to use more credits to update them if I wish to see the most recent KW difficulty analysis from the tool. However, this is a very minor thing. Unfortunately, at the end of 2022, they abruptly blocked my account saying that I had to pay $82 per year to their support to get my access back. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue by reaching out to Ranktracker Support, my access to the tool remains inactive. I just lost my money and my time. Hope that other people will NOT enter into their game. Pros Globally, I really appreciated the ease of use of the tool and its SEO features. Cons After a while they put your account behind a paywall, even though you've already paid, and won't let you access anything unless you pay extra. This is effectively a SCAM. This is very cheap in comparison to other monthly cost tools. The positions are updated daily and are very accurate. Its the first thing i look at every morning to how my daily changes are being affected. Cons As it is very early in development there are days when the software is not available. Luckily it is rare. Additionally when you add a new keyword or domain you get a feeling nothing is happening but if you come back in 20 minutes it would have started showing results.
