Please don't get me wrong for pointing out the UI only when I am reviewing a rank tracker. The thing is, the UI of Rank Trakcer is so clean that even a noob will know the workaround with a glance. The team didn't use any unnecessary graphs or buttons which can make it cluttered. I can't ask more from a Rank Tracker like auditing, keyword research and so on. It is ideal for an SEO beginner to use. There is good documentation, and FaceBook group which includes informative reviews and demos. Having recently created a website, I am now in the process of refining the SEO, and particularly find the Keyword research tool very useful. Rank Tracker also includes a Website Auditing tool for detecting website set-up issues. Online chat support is excellent in my experience. I received a good reply within 5 mins of posting my question. I’m pleased I purchased a license. Pros The features that I have found most useful are the website audit tool, Keyword research tool and the competitor’s keyword analysis tool. Cons I am fairly new to SEO analysis, so I need to get my head around the significance of the numbers and how to interpret them correctly. This is the only issue I have had so far. Reason for choosing Ranktracker I use Ranktracker for more detailed research and then use the keywords in webpages to be checked and validated by the RankMath Pro plugin. The keyword tracking is excellent and I love how easy it is to use Ranktracker's platform. Ranktracker has been a lifesaver for me and my team. We all know that there are a million different tools out there to help with SEO, but Ranktracker is the only one we actually enjoy using. The UI is sleek and easy to use, plus you get straightforward answers to your questions so you can really get down to business. Cons I bought lifetime access to Ranktracker on Appsumo. It worked until the around August. Now I can't access my reports unless I upgrade. I reached out to support who assured me that they are on it and fixing the issue. It's been over 3 months and they keep saying support will take a look but it's clear they will never do. They keep pushing me to pay more for support by saying: " if your in a rush, Buy the support plan and skip the front of the queue on priorty" It's clear that this company is not honoring it's commitment. They'll take your money and kick you to the curb when they no longer have use for you. Also, the communication from their team is the most toxic, macho communication I have ever witnessed in my life. It screams "man child" that comes from a toxic household. I would generally say their parents would be shocked to know that's how their child talks to and treats others, but if it's that bad, I can't help but believe they fueled that behavior. Pros Absolutely nothing. This is a scam and the team behind the product are a joke. Cons Everything. The team behind the product is skeevy and a bunch of dishonest scammers that sell access to the platform and then terminate accounts by placing them behind a forced support pay wall.
