October 17, 2023 1.0 Horrible experience and would recommend others to stay clear. They use shady business tactics and lie. Their customer support is non existent unless you pay for help - I honestly don't know how they're in business. Pros The product was "OK" while I was able to use it but then they disabled the account and put a new paywall up so you are forced to upgrade. Cons Customer support is terrible, and forces you to pay for priority support just to get a reply. Pros It worked pretty good as long as I had access to my account. Cons The fact that they have blocked me from accessing my account and my data despite the fact that I had bought a lifetime deal. The UI is clean and very intuitive. Users will not feel overwhelmed with its clear dashboard. Pros Very easy to set up and use and a mass of useful information. After contacting Rantracker customer service, who told me they would look into the problem, no solution has been found. The only proposal made by Rantracker is to subscribe to their technical support to solve my problem. Although this tool meets my expectations, I do not recommend Ranktracker, which makes no effort to resolve my problem in order to access the SEO tools. I am very disappointed by their attitude towards their first customers who believed in them. Pros The ranktracker feature worked fine until they blocked access without any reason. Cons The founder blocked access for LTD (lifetime deal) users who paid in advance for Ranktracker, depriving them of using the product. When contacted via chat, support said we have to pay extra to use the product, even if the original plan we bought allowed full access without any additional payment.
